Abstract

esta divulgação refere-se a uma linha de flotação para o tratamento de partículas de minério suspensas em lama, compreendendo pelo menos três unidades de flotação dispostas em conexão de fluidos entre si para permitir o fluxo da lama acionado por gravidade entre as unidades de flotação, e uma entrada de alimentação para o fornecimento da lama para uma primeira unidade de flotação; em que pelo menos três unidades de flotação estão configuradas para serem uniplanares, cada unidade de flotação compreende pelo menos uma célula de flotação; e em que a altura da borda da calha (h) de cada unidade de flotação uniplanar é menor do que a altura da borda da calha (h) da unidade de flotação uniplanar precedente na direção do fluxo da lama, de modo que é formado um ângulo de inclinação (ß) entre uma primeira célula de flotação uniplanar, equipada com uma borda da calha e sendo maior do que 150 m3, e uma última célula de flotação uniplanar, equipada com uma borda da calha e sendo maior do que 40 m3; e o ângulo (ß) é 1,5 a 10 graus em relação à horizontal. a divulgação refere-se ainda a um método de flotação.
