Abstract
The present invention discloses an automatic press-fitting device for a motor end cover and a bearing, comprising an end cover feed mechanism, a bearing feed mechanism and a bearing press-fitting mechanism; the end cover feed mechanism consists of an end cover pushing and separation mechanism and an end cover pickup and discharge mechanism; the end cover pushing and separation mechanism comprises an end cover fixation plate, an end cover guide plate and an end cover pushing block; the end cover pushing block is linked to an output end of a first linear motion device; left and right end cover limiting blocks are fixed on the end cover fixation plate; the end cover guide plate is fixed on an upper side of the end cover fixation plate; an end cover accommodating groove is formed on the end cover guide plate, which runs through the end cover guide plate in an up-and-down direction to accommodate motor end covers; motor end covers are arranged within the end cover accommodating groove in a stacked manner, and spacers are provided between adjacent motor end covers; the bottommost motor end cover is located between the two end cover limiting blocks, a lower end face of a spacer between two bottommost motor end covers is located below a lower end face of the end cover guide plate, and the second bottommost motor end cover is located within the end cover accommodating groove; a falling groove is formed on the end cover fixation plate, which runs through the end cover fixation plate in an up-and-down direction to allow the spacers to fall to a lower side of the end cover fixation plate; wherein a first sensor is provided at one end of the end cover fixation plate; when the first sensor detects that a motor end cover is pushed into the desired position; a second sensor is provided on the end cover pickup and discharge mechanism side; when the second sensor detects that the end cover feed mechanism places the motor end cover on the transfer plate, the second sensor transmits a signal to rotate the transfer plate. The automatic press-fitting device can realize the automatic press-fitting of motor end covers with bearings and can improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor cost and avoid the damage of components due to collision.
