Abstract

For reduksjon av (hetero)aromatiske halogenider med generell formel (I) Ar-Xn til forbindelser med generell formel (II) Ar-Hn anvendes et reduksjonsmiddel, spesielt en hydridreagens, som litiumaluminiumhydrid (LiAlH4) i nærvær av oksygen, spesielt i form av en oksygen-inertgass-blanding. Reduksjonen i nærvær av oksygen gir gode utbytter ved korte reaksjonstider, også når det arbeides i halvtekniske eller tekniske blandinger. Reduksjonen med LiAlH4 i nærvær av oksygen er også egnet for reduksjonen av kompliserte heieroaromatiske halogenider, eksempelvis for reduksjonen av bromnarwedinketal til narwedinketal i teknisk målestokk.For reduction of (hetero) aromatic halides of general formula (I) Ar-Xn to compounds of general formula (II) Ar-Hn, a reducing agent, especially a hydride reagent, is used as lithium aluminum hydride (LiAlH4) in the presence of oxygen, especially in the form of an oxygen-inert gas mixture. The reduction in the presence of oxygen gives good yields at short reaction times, even when working in semi-technical or technical mixtures. The reduction with LiAlH4 in the presence of oxygen is also suitable for the reduction of complicated halo aromatic halides, for example, for the reduction of bromine nerve metal to narwedine metal on a technical scale.
