Abstract

Formålet ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse er nye forbindelser av azetidin-2- on substituert i 1-stilling med forskjellig isotiazolidinon-rester, som analoger til en beta-laktam-struktur, med den generelle formel l R O Me Me hvor R1 representerer et hydrogen eller et halogenatom, R2 representerer et hydrogen eller et halogenatom eller en ftalimidgruppe, R3 representerer et hydrogen eller et halogenatom, R" representerer et hydrogen eller et halogenatom, R5 representerer et hydrogenatom, et lavere lineært eller forgrenet alkyl, aryl eller aralkyl eller en rest inneholdende en heterocyklisk gruppe med ett eller flere heteroatomer, så som isoksazolyl eller pyrazolyl og n er O, 1 eller 2. Anvendelsen av disse forbindelser som mellomprodukter for fremstilling av nye beta-laktam-analoger eller aktive substanser i preparater for antimikrobiell terapi er beskrevet.
