Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for selektiv detektering av gasser og gassensor for utførelse av fremgangsmåten. Oppfinnelsen bygger på smalbåndmåling av absorpsjon av tilstedeværende spektrallinjer i en gass under bruk av laserlyskilder, hvorved den spektrale målingen av enkelte absorpsjonslinjer og derved selektereingen av enkelte gasskomponenter er mulig. En laserdiode (1) som drives ved høyere temperatur blir tilsvarende avstemt over et temperaturområde, hvorved disse utvalgte spektrallinjene blir overlappet. Fremgangsmåten og sensoren er på grunn av absorpsjonsmålingen av gasskonsentrasjonen forbundet med en svært høy selektivitet.
