Abstract

En transformatorkrets utfører bredbåndet impedansomsetning (tilpasning) og kan brukes i anvendelser for gradvis hevning eller senkning av spenning. Kretsen omfatter to transmisjonslinje-transformatorer (T1, T2) og to reaktive impedanser (Z1, Z2), som kompenserer kretsen mht. forholdet mellom impedans og frekvens. Kretsen gir det meget bredbåndede impedansomsetningsforhold av 1:9. Kretsen kan ha forskjellige vindingsforhold mht. transformatorene (T1, T2) og forskjellige verdier av de reaktive impedanser (Z1, 72), for å sørge for rasjonelle brøkdel- og heltallverdier av transforma- sjonen opp til et impedansomsetningsforhold av 16:1. Ved å koble en balun til utgangen frembringes det en balansert utgang.
