Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to output equally-distributed power by setting matching load impedance and 1/4-wavelength line impedance as fixed. CONSTITUTION:Between external connection terminal 23 and one terminal of 1/4- wavelength line 26, 1/4-wavelength line 31 is connected so as to delay a phase by 90 degrees and at the same time, impedance conversion equalizes the matching load impedance of external connection terminal 23 to load impedance R2 of external connection terminal 22. Further, impedance Z03 of 1/4-wavelength line 26 is set a little bit less than impedance Z02 of 1/4-wavelength line 25, so that the output of terminal 23 can be made greater than that of terminal 22. The outputs of terminals 22 and 23 can therefore be equalized by compensating the propagation loss of line 31 for a 90-degree phase shift.
