Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for å analysere væskesubstanser ved hjelp av en gjennomstrømningsdetektor (10) og en reagent. Et prøvevolum av substansen innføres i en prøveslange (20) gjennom et tilførselsrør (30) og prøvevolumet og reagentvolumet blandes sammen og bevirkes til å reagere med hverandre og transporteres så til detektoren (10) for analyse. Prøvevolumet og reagentvolumet innføres i prøveslangen (20) gjennom en munning (70) i tilførselsrøret (30), umiddelbart etter hverandre. Prøvevolumet og reagentvolumet omblandes i tilførselsrøret (30), og eventuelt også i prøveslangen (20), ved hjelp av en lutftsegment som forløper prøve- og reagentvolumene. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en anordning for å utføre fremgangsmåten og et tilførselsrør som er spesielt konstruert for bruk sammen med en slik anordning.
