Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse frembringer en antenneenhet som er i stand til å virke i miljøer med høy temperatur og høyt trykk uten delaminering. I denne antenneenheten, blir ferrittene separat impregnert med en epoksyharpiks under trykk og temperatur og opprettholdt den nevnte trykk og temperatur til hver ferritt er herdet. En lav viskositets-harpiks med lav glassovergangs-temperatur kan brukes til å sikre at ferrittene blir fullt impregnert med harpiks. De impregnerte harpiks-ferritter blir så montert til en antenneenhet og viklet med fiberglassforsterkninger. Deretter blir hele antenneenheten trykket sammen under temperatur og trykk for å eliminere tomrom eller luftrom mellom enhetens komponenter, for å sikre en enhet fri for romrom. Fiberglasset virker som et bånd til å holde antenneenheten sammen. Siden fiberglasset har lav utvidelseskoeffisient i viklingsretningen, blir enheten holdt fast sammen og er mer pålitelig under brønnloggings-prosedyrer.
