Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for plasmabuesveising av korrugerte plater, og som kan hindre en mangelfull sveis fra å opptre omkring det korrugerte parti. Med denne sveisemetode modifiseres NC-data for robotstyring således at en flamme- vinkel omkring R-partiene endres gradvis ved en hastighet som ikke er større enn en største vinkelhastighet og sveisehastig- heten omkring R-partiene i fotområdene av de korrugerte partier 1B og 2B samt R-partiet i en topp 22 økes før sveise- flammen 12 når R-partiene. Tre parametere forberedes for å bestemme deformasjonen av de korrugerte partier 1B og 2B uttrykt ved høyde, bredde i fotområdene og hevningen av bane- partiet. Data som angir høyde og fotbredde av det korrugerte parti måles ved hjelp av en laserforskyvningsføler 15 og sammenlignes med standard NC-korrugeringsdata, idet NC-data for robotstyring modifiseres for å korrigere høyden, fot- bredden og hevningsgraden av denne ved utnyttelse av para- meterene.
