Abstract

En kabelendeavslutning og en tilhørende motpart er slik at de ledende ender (21,22,23) av en kabel (20) fikseres og omsluttes isolerende av to halvdeler (14,24), som danner endeavslutningen. Endeavslutningen er helt lukket i forlengelsen av lederne, mens det er spalteformede åpninger (31,32,33), som hovedsakelig forløper vinkelrett på lederne. De spalteformede åpninger inneholder ikke i seg selv noen elektrisk ledende kontaktorganer. Til endeavslutningen hører en motpart med tilkoblingsorganer (51), som er innrettet til å trenge inn i spaltene (31,32,33) i den ene halvdel og motta de avisolerte ledere (21,22,23). Endeavslutningen har et hode hvis spesifikke form samvirker med formen til motpartens skall (50) og derved bevirker en strekkavlastning. Endeavslutningen med motpart letter kabelterminering og utgjør en fleksibel løsning som gjør det lett å koble forskjellige elektriske artikler til kabelen.
