Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av pudderfrie medisinske hansker som ikke desto mindre er lette å ta på, omfatter først å tildanne en hanske på en form ved suksessiv dyppbelegning med sjikt av et koagulerings- middel inneholdende syreoppløselig pudder i dispergert form, en elastomer samt en antiblokkerende blanding med i seg fordelte partikler. Etter herding av elastomeren og påføring av et silikonbelegg, blir hansken fjernet fra formen og behandlet suksessivt med syre for å oppløse pudderet og med en behandlingsoppløsning for å redusere blokking og klebing. Ved bruk av denne prosess, kan man fremstille medi- sinske hansker av naturlig gummi og med høy kvalitet.
