Abstract

목적 : 본원은 바이오세라믹 함유 PVC 원적외선 방사 장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
구성 : PVC 레진, 바이오세라믹분말, DOP, TXIB(가소제)를 혼합한 액에 몰드를 침지 도포하거나 또는 스프레잉 도포한 것을 약 350℃, 약 15초간 건조 경화, 냉각하여서 장갑을 제조하여 끼고 벗기 쉽고, 악취와 습진이 발생하지 않는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. PVC 레진 95.7~93.3wt%, 바이오세라믹분말(이산화규소) 0.1~0.3wt%, DOP 4~6wt% 및 TXIB(가소제)0.2~0.4wt%를 혼합용액에 장갑몰드를 침지 도포한 것을 건조실에서 고온으로 짧은 시간 노정시켜서 경화 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 바이오세라믹 함유 PVC 원적외선 방사 장갑의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 350℃에서 건조 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 바이오세라믹 함유 PVC 원적외선 방사 장갑의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 15초간 노정시킴을 특징으로 하는 바이오세라믹 함유 PVC 원적외선 방사 장갑의 제조방법.
