Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for flytende-fase-sintring av silisiumkarbid, omfattende dannelse av et tilformet, konsolidert pulverlegeme som, uten at bindemiddel tas i betraktning, omfatter en pulver- blanding som inneholder minst 75 vekt% silisiumkarbid og fra l til 25 vekt% (beregnet som A120 ) av et pulver omfattende en kilde til aluminium valgt fra aluminiumoksyd, forløpere for aluminiumoksyd og blandinger av disse.
