Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for tilvirkning av et dlspenserhode innbefattende en stiv, ringformet kuppel tilvirket av plast, og over kuppelen en utleverende ventil eller en pumpe (1), der ventilen eller pumpen har en ringformet festeskulder (2), hvilken periferi er tilvirket i det minste utvendig av plast, og den nedre ende av kuppelen (24) hærer en ringformet innretning (27, 37) for feste over et bokslegeme. Ventilen eller pumpen (1) plasseres mellom verktøy (10, 11) som fast griper festeskulderen (2) og gir klaring som begrenser dens oppvarming under støpeoperasjonen. Ringformede verktøy (20, 21, 22) er anordnet som danner et sirkulært gap (23) med de foran nevnte verktøy (10, 11), der gapet lukker over skulderen (2) og danner kuppelens (24) geometri og dens ringformede festeinnretning (27). Den smeltede plast injiseres inn i det ringformede gap (23) gjennom en eller flere lnjeksjonsåpninger (33), avkjøles og tas ut av støpeformen.
