Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute cooling and water break of a die and coating of parting agent for a short time and to reduce proportion defective of a product by arranging a center shaft body introducing cooling water and air to the nozzle body, also arranging a sliding member at one end thereof and opening/shutting gap between a parting agent storing chamber and a nozzle head injecting hole. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle head 4 is screwed into the nozzle body 3 and also the center shaft body 8 is fixed to a snap ring 11. The sliding member 6 is arranged around the shaft body 8 and a spring 7 is arranged at gap between a piston part 62 and a flange part 82 of the shaft body 8. In the nozzle unit 10, chambers A, B, C are formed, and air is supplied to each chamber through a selector valve, and cooling water and air are supplied and also the parting agent is sprayed. Then, gap between the head 4 and tip of the shaft body 8 is opened/shutted and the parting agent is quickly injected. As the cooling and water break of the die, the water break of the parting agent and the removal of drip are perfectly executed, the proportion defective of the product is reduced.
