Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en slipestein for fremstilling av tremasse. Sllpeoverflaten er dannet ved sllpekorn og en betongmatriks som binder sammen kornene. Matriksen omfatter en sementblanding, og hardheten til sement-blandingen i forhold til kornene er således regulert at slipeoverflaten er selvslipende under slipeprosessen. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en støpeblanding til en slipestein. Fremgangsmåten omfatter trinnene med å blande sammen vann og en langsomt-herdende, sulfat-resistent lavvarme Portland-sementblanding, der vann/sement-forholdet er ca. 0,30 til 0,35; påvirke reologien til støpeblan-dingen med et plastiseringsmiddel istedenfor overskudd vann; og gjøre blandingen kompakt ved omrøring, vibrasjon, sammenpressing eller på noen annen måte.
