Description

Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en oppblåsbar redningsflåte.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av oppblåsbare redningsflåter.
Hittil har oppblåsbare redningsflåter blitt fremstilt ved at man har limt sammen felter eller avsnitt av egnede materialer. En slik fremgangsmåte er arbeidsintensiv og forelig-gende oppfinnelse tar spesielt sikte på å tilveiebringe en fremgangsmåte som er mer økonomisk med hensyn til bruk av arbeids-kraft, og som også utnytter moderne materialers egenskaper.
Ifølge oppfinnelsen er det således tilveiebragt en fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en oppblåsbar redningsflåte av baneformede termoplastiske materialer, hvor det baneformede termoplastiske materiale som skal danne bunnen eller gulvet i redningsflåten varmsveises rundt bunnens periferi til det baneformede termoplastiske materiale som skal danne, den periferiske anordnede, oppblåsbare oppdriftsslange i redningsflåten, hvoretter de matérialkanter som skal danne slangen varmsveises sammen for lukking av slangen over dennes lengde.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere under henvis-ning til tegningene hvor
fig. 1 viser et grunnriss av en bunn i en redningsflåte,
fig. 2 viser et perspektivriss av en nedre opp-drif tsslange,
fig. 3 viser et perspektivriss av en øvre oppdriftsslange og en som bue tilformet slange,
fig. 4 viser et perspektivriss av en teltoverbygning,
fig. 5-8 viser perspektivutsnitt med nærmere detaljer av sveiseforbindelser,
fig. 9 viser et snitt gjennom redningsflåten under et mellomtrinn i produksjonen, og
fig. 10 viser et perspektivriss av den ferdige redningsflåte.
Redningsflåten er så godt som utelukkende fremstilt av baneformet termoplastisk materiale som i dette tilfelle kan være en nylontekstil som på begge sider er belagt med polyuretan. Redningsflåten bygges opp på den måten at man fremstil-ler de enkelte enheter i fig. 1 --4 som separate enheter som deretter festes sammen. I det etterfølgende skal oppbyggingen av de enkelte enheter i fig. 1-4 beskrives nærmere.
Gulvet eller bunnen i fig. 1 bygges opp ved- at to lapper 1 festes til undersiden av et rektangulært hovedfelt 2. Disse lappene 1 og hovedfeltet 2 er av et baneformet termoplastisk materiale og festingen skjer ved hjelp av varmesveising. Hver lapp 1 har to avstandsplasserte hull og endene til respektive håndtakstropper 3 stres gjennom hullene i lappen 1 og varmesveises på plass mellom lappen 1 og feltet 2, på', lignende måte som vist i fig. 8. En 'sirkulær lapp 4 varmesveises til den øvre flaten av hovedfeltet 2 og en trekkstropp 5 stikkes inn i et hull i lappen 4 og varmesveises mellom denne og feltet 2, på den måten som er antydet i fig. 8. Trekkstroppen 5 muliggjør at én person i sjøen kan trekke seg selv opp på flåten. Kantene til to klaffer 6 av termoplastisk materiale varmesveises til motliggende ender av hovedfeltet 2, på dettes underside. Arbei-det med hovedfeltet 2 i bunnenheten er dermed ferdig.
Bunnenheten innbefatter videre fire triangulære felt 7 - 10. Disse er også fremstilt av termoplastisk materiale og er på dette fremstillingstrinn adskilt fra hverandre og fra hovedfeltet 2. Kantene til to ytterligere klåffer 12 (svarende til klaffene 6) varmesveises til kantene på de triangulære felt 7 og 10 og deretter festes de triangulære felt 7-10 til hovedfeltet 2 ved hjelp av varmesveising langs de sømmer som er antydet i fig. 1. En materialstrimmel 13 som er brettet slik at den i tverrsnitt får en V-form, se fig. 9> varmesveises med sin nedre brett rundt den heksagonale omkrets til bunnen. Strimmelen 13 er fremstilt av et materiale i likhet med det som benyttes i feltene 2 og 7 - 10, med unntagelse av at det bare er belagt med termoplastisk polyuretan på den ene siden, mens de mot hverandre rettede overflater i den brettede strimmel 13 er ubelagt.
I fig. 2 er vist hvordan den nedre oppdriftsslange oppbygges ved hjelp av seks felter 14 - 19 som er fremstilt av et termoplastisk materiale og er tilformet slik at de kan formes til rør som utgjør de seks rette sidene i den nedre oppdriftsslange. En av termoplastisk materiale fremstilt flens 20 for en ventil er varmesveiset til feltet 14.. Lapper 22 for liner er varmesveiset til feltet 14, og endene til linene 23
er innsveiset mellom disse lappene 22 og feltet 14, på den måten som.er vist i fig. 8. Sirkulære lapper av termoplastisk materiale er sveiset til feltet 14, og endene, til en leider-stropp 25 er varmesveiset mellom lappene 24 og feltet 14, som vist ved 21.i fig. 8. Linene 23 og 25 er fremstilt ved at strim-ler av termoplastisk materiale er brettet til rørform og er varmesveiset slik at det dannes en flat strimmel, som antydet i fig. 8.
En innløpsventil 26 er festet til feltet 15 ved hjelp av et bindemiddel. En lomme 27 er varmesveiset til feltet .
15. Denne lomme 27 er beregnet for opptak av en sylinder med komprimert gass som benyttes for oppblåsing av redningsflåten. En flens på en avlastningsventil 28 er varmesveiset til feltet 18 og avlastingsventilen er forbundet med flensen. En lapp 29 for fastgjøring av redningslinene varmesveises til feltet 19-
De to resterende felt 16 og 17 har i dette tilfellet ingen spe-siell utrustning.
Feltene 14 - 19 som danner den nedre oppdriftsslange, er varmesveiset ende mot ende ved hjelp av skjøtstrim-ler 30 av termoplastisk'materiale. Resultatet er en endeløs ring av felter som er åpne utad, det vil si at slangen i seg selv ennu ikke er ferdigdannet. Sammenskjøtingen av to hosliggende felter i slangen ved hjelp av en strimmel 30 er vist i fig. 7, hvor det er vist en skjøtforbindelse mellom de to 'feltene 14 og 19. På dette fremstillingstrinn er feltene 14 - 19 bare for-bundne med hverandre langs de sømlinjer som befinner seg på slangens innside, det vil si den side som vender inn mot redningsflåten, mens de langsgående feltkanter ennu ikke er sammen-skjøtet, se fig. 2.
Den øvre oppdriftsslange og takbuen i fig. 3 fremstilles på den måten at det benyttes seks felter 32 - 37 av termoplastisk materiale, idet disse feltene har samme form som feltene 14 - 19- En ventil 38 og lapper 39 for håndtak 40 varmesveises til feltet 32. Endene til en håndtakstrimmel 40 stikkes inn i hull i lappene 39 og varmesveises mellom lappene og feltet 32 på den måte som er vist i fig. 8. En innløpsventil 42 er festet til feltet 33 ved hjelp av et bindemiddel. En avlast-ningsventilflens 43 er varmesveiset til feltet 36 og avlastnings-ventilen (ikke vist) er festet til flensen 43.
Tre felter 44, 45 og 46 av et termoplastisk materiale benyttes for fremstilling av takbuen. De varmesveises ende mot ende ved hjelp av skjøtstrimler, på lignende måte som vist i fig. 7. De langsgående kantene til feltene 44, 45 og 46 varmesveises slik at det dannes rør. For disse skjøtene benyttes det en V-strimmel 5 i likhet med strimmelen 13. Strimmelen 5 benyttes som vist i fig. 6, men en langsgående del- av den nedre enden til hvert felt 44 og 46 forblir frie. Endene til takbuen festes ved hjelp av respektive ringsveiser 47 (fig- 5) til de respektive felter 34 og 37 før de ennå åpne deler av de nedre endene til feltene 44 og 46 tettes ved hjelp av varmesveising. Ytterligere varmesveiser er vist ved 48 i fig. 5*og disse for-binder de nedre endene av buen med feltene 34 og 37-
De seks feltene 32 - 37 som danner den øvre opp-drif tsslange , skjøtes deretter sammen ende mot ende ved hjelp av varmesveising. Hosliggende f&lter skjøtes sammen ved hjelp av en strimmel som overlapper hosliggende felter på innsiden, slik det er vist i fig. 7- Langsgående kanter av feltene 32 - 37 er ennå åpne, på samme måte som beskrevet foran i forbindelse med den nedre oppdriftsslange.
Teltet i fig. 4 er oppbygget av tekstilfelter
som er sydd sammen. En side av teltet har en åpning 49 som kan lukkes, ved hjelp av en klaff 50. En strimmel 52 av termoplastisk materiale er sydd fast til teltet rundt dens nedre kant.
På dette trinn under fremstillingen har man fire separate enheter som skal settes sammen for dannelse av selve redningsflåten. Først blir den heksagonale omkretsen til bunnen varmesveiset til den nedre oppdriftsslange. Dette skjer ved at man varmesveiser den øvre brett av den V-formede strimmel 13 til feltene 14 - 19, som indikert ved 53 i fig. 9, hvor feltet 19 er vist. Materialet som skal danne den nedre oppdriftsslange, det vil si feltene 14 - 19, varmesveises så til materialet som skal danne den øvre oppdriftsslange, det vil si feltene 32 - 37-Denne sveis er vist ved 54 i fig. 9-Etter at disse tre enhetene er satt sammen på den beskrevne måte festet teltet ved at kant-strimmelen 52 langs teltets nedre kant varmesveises til den øvre oppdriftsslange som vist ved 55 i fig. 9- De frie kantene til klaffene 6 og 12 varmesveises til den nedre oppdriftsslange slik at det dannes lommer (se fig. 10) som kan oppta vannflasker.
Kantene til det materialet som skal danne den nedre oppdriftsslange bringes sammen og varmesveises slik at det dannes en søm 56 som strekker seg rundt utsiden av redningsflåten. Denne søm forsterkes med en V-formet strimmel 51 som er fastsveiset på innersiden av slangen, som vist i.fig. 6, hvor feltet 19 er vist. Strimmelen 51 er utformet på samme måte som strimmelen 13, idet den er fremstilt av et materiale som er belagt med polyuretan bare på den ene siden. Kantene til det materialet som skal danne den øvre oppdriftsslange blir på samme måte bragt sammen og varmesveiset slik at det fremkommer en pe-riferien søm 57 som strekker seg rundt yttersiden av redningsflåten. Sømmen 57 er forsterket med en V-formet strimmel i likhet med strimmelen 51 i fig. 6. Teltet forbindes så med takbuen og redningsflåten er nå ferdig rigget og utstyrt.
De to oppdriftsslangene har ikke forbindelse med hverandre, men er utført slik at de kan blåses opp samtidig (gjennom ventilene 26 og 42) fra sylinderne med gass som ligger i lommene 27- Den øvre oppdriftsslange har forbindelse med slangen som danner takbuen.

Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en oppblåsbar redningsflåte av baneformet termoplastisk materiale, karakterisert ved at det baneformede termoplastiske materialet som skal danne bunnen eller gulvet i redningsflåten varmesveises rundt bunnens omkrets til det baneformede termoplastiske materiale som skal danne den periferielle oppblåsbare opp-drif tsslange i redningsflåten, hvoretter kantene' til det materiale som skal danne slangen, varmesveises sammen hvorved slangen lukkes langs sin lengdeutstrekning.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at materialet som skal danne oppdriftsslangen først tilveiebringes som en enhet som er prefabrikert ved varme-sammensveising av felter av det nevnte materiale.
3. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at hosliggende felter varmesveises sammen ved hjelp av -skjøtstrimler av det nevnte materiale.
4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 2 eller 3, karakterisert ved at den nevnte enhet innbefatter festeanordninger som sveises til det baneformede materialet, hvilke festeanordninger innbefatter gripehåndtak og en lomme for opptak av en gassylinder for oppblåsing av slangen.
5- Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av de foregående krav, karakterisert ved at banematerialet som benyttes for tildanning av oppdriftsslangen etter varmesveisingen til bunnen varmesveises til et banemateriale som benyttes for å til-danne en ytterligere oppdriftsslange som ligger over den først-nevnte oppdriftsslange, hvoretter respektive kanter i det materialet som brukes for tildanning av slangene sammenskjøtes ved varmesveising, hvorved slangene lukkes i lengdeutstrekningen.
6. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav.5, karakterisert ved at det materiale som skal danne den ytterligere oppdriftsslange først tilformes som en prefabrikert enhet ved varmesveising av felter av det nevnte materiale.
7. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 6, karakterisert ved at den enhet som innbefatter den ytterligere oppdriftsslange forsynes med en takbueslange som fremstilles ved varmesveising av ytterligere felter av det nevnte materiale.
8. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av kravene 5-7, karakterisert ved at en teltoverbygning varmesveises til det materiale som skal danne den øvre oppdriftsslange etter at den sistnevnte er varmesveiset til det materiale som skal danne den nedre oppdriftsslange, hvoretter slangekantene skjøtes sammen ved varmesveising, hvorved slangene lukkes.
9. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at kantene til det materialet som skal danne den oppblåsbare oppdriftsslange eller de oppblåsbare oppdriftsslanger sammenskjøtes ved hjelp av varmesveising langs en søm som strekker seg rundt slangen, på redningsflåtens utside.
10. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av de foregående krav, karakterisert ved at kantene til det materiale som skal danne oppdriftsslangen eller oppdriftsslangene varmesveises sammen ved hjelp av skjøtstrimler av det nevnte materiale.
