Abstract
En denitreringsprosess for fjerning av nitrogenoksider i lavtemperatureksosgass med en høy grad av denitrering, nemlig en denitreringsprosess for reduktivt å fjerne nitrogenoksider som inneholdes i en eksosgass (x) inneholdende nitrogenmonoksid og svoveldioksid. Fremgangsmåten omfatter et innledende trinn 2 hvor nitrogenmonoksid oksideres partielt i eksosgassen for å danne nitrogendioksid, et radikaldannelsestrinn 3 hvor en nitrogenforbindelse og en hydrokarbonforbindelse tilføres til en høytemperatursone (22) for å danne aminradikaler (r), og et denitreringstrinn 4 for blanding av aminradikalene (r) med den forbehandlede gass (p) inneholdende nitrogenmonoksid og nitrogendioksid uttatt fra det innledende trinn 2. Som en følge av behandlingen blir nitrogenoksider i eksosgassen (x) spaltet reduktivt.
