Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for evaluering av et krumt elements sluttbehandlingsnøyaktighet innbefatter måling av elementets krumme form under dettes maskinering eller dersom det er maskinert, ved å bruke et måleapparat, og deretter etableres overflater og punkter ved å tilføre data vedrørende målt krummet form og data vedrørende ønsket eller angitt krummet form. En tilpasning eller sammenlikning mellom den målte og den ønskete form utføres deretter mens det tas hensyn til begrensningsbetingelser for en kantdel av elementet og i forbindelse med avfasing, for fremstilling av et element for et skrog. Deretter beregnes eventuelle feil eller avvik mellom målt og ønsket krummet form, hvoretter til sist sluttbehandlingsnøyaktigheten av den målte krumme form kan evalueres.
