Abstract
Det er beskrevet et system for avføling av differensialtrykk. Det avfølende system har et membranlag (38) med en kanal som strekker seg diametralt i dette, mens et eller flere hulrom er anordnet radialt utenfor kanalen og i det minste en resonansstang (66) er anordnet i kanalen og konfigurert til å oscillere ved en ønsket frekvens. Systemet omfatter videre en følerkrets konfigurert til å påvise oscillasjon i den minst ene resonansstang, som angir deformasjon i membranlaget.
