Abstract
Spesifikke typer proteinbaserte drikker, som soya- og/eller meieribaserte typer, med lav pH er hensiktsmessig suspendert for å forhindre uønsket sedimentering av slike proteinbestanddeler under lagring. Drikkene innbefatter et fortykningssystem som omfatter bakteriell cellulose (BC) overtrukket med forskjellige vannløselige ko-agenser slik at den BC-baserte komponent gir et nettverk som danner en struktur som suspenderer de ønskede proteiner og forhindrer enhver vesentlig sedimentering av slike proteiner.
