Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår et polymerpulver som inneholder polyamid og anvendelsen av dette pulveret for formgivende fremgangsmåter og legemer fremstilt av dette polymerpulveret. De formgive nde prosessene er lagvis arbeidende prosesser som anvender pulver, hvorved områder av det gjeldende laget blir selektivt nedsmeltet gjennom innføring av elektromagnetisk energi. Selektiviteten kan - uten å ville begrense oppfinnelsen - oppnås gjenno m maskering, påføring av inhibitorer, absorbere eller sukseptorer eller gjennom fokusering av energiinnføringen. Etter avkjøling kan de stivnede områdene tas ut av pulversengen som legeme. Legemene som er fremstilt med pulver ifølge den foreliggende oppfinnelsen og med prosessen ifølge den foreliggende oppfinnelsen har tydelige fordeler i forhold til legemer fremstilt av pulver fra dagens teknikk som gjelder byggedelsegenskaper spesielt deres o verflatebeskaffenhet. En videre fordel er at den forbedrede overflatebeskaffenheten ikke har negativ innflytelse på andre egenskaper; dermed er bearbeidingsmulighetene uforandret gode og de mekaniske egenskapene er heller ikke dårligere enn for legemer av polymerpulver fra dagens teknikk.
