Abstract

Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av taxaner ved dyrking av suspensjonsceller av Taxus sp. i et næringsmedium som omfatter en indanoylaminosyre. Indanoyl-aminosyren kan tilsettes ved en batch(sats)-metode eller i en innmatingsstrøm ved hvilket som helst tidspunkt ved dyrkingen. Spesielt har syntetiske forbindelser 6-etyl-indanoyl-isoleucin, 6-bromoindanoyl-isoleucin og 1-okso-indan-karboksy-(L)-isoleucin-metylester-amid (1-OII) blitt funnet å øke taxanproduksjon fra Taxus-cellekulturer.
