Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av en stereoisomerisk anriket forbindelse med formel (I), hvori R6 er hydrogen, som innbefatter behandling av en forbindelse med formel (I), hvori R6 er valgt fra C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C2-C10 alkynyl, -(CR7R8)t(C6-Ci4 aryl) og -(CR7R8)t(4-10 leddet heterosyklisk forbindelse), og hvori nevnte C6-C14 aryl og 4-10 leddet hetrosyklisk forbindelse eventuelt substituert med minst en substituent valgt fra halo, C1-C10 alkyl, -OR og -N(R R ), med en biokatalysator i en vandig løsning, er organisk løsemiddel eller en blanding av organiske og vandige løsemidler hvori minst en stereoisomer blir selektivt hydrolysert.
