Abstract
Sentrifugalkompressorenhet som omfatter en motoranordning (50) som driver en rotor (52) i rotasjon og i det minste en kompressor som omfatter et statorelement og en gruppe skovlhjul (56) montert på en aksel som drives i rotasjon av rotoren i statorelementet, idet enheten dannet av motoren og kompressoren eller hver kompressor er montert i en felles kapsling (86) som tetter for gassen som behandles av kompressoren.Kompressoren omfatter dessuten et arrangement av aktive lager (60, 62, 64, 66, 67) for aksial og radial styring av rotoren og drivakselen og midler for kjøling av motoren og styrelagrene, ved uttak av gass behandlet av kompressoren, ved utløpet fra det første kompresjonstrinnet.
