Abstract
Sammendrag Foreliggende oppfinnelse dreier seg om fiskefôrpellets som inneholder opptil 55 vektprosent lipider og en fremgangsmåte for å produsere de nevnte pelletsene. Pelletsene inneholder lipider som for det meste er flytende ved romtemperatur og omfatter oljer av marin, animalsk og/eller vegetabilsk opprinnelse, hvor en underordnet andel av lipidene har høyt smeltepunkt. 99,9-95,5 vektprosent av lipidene som er flytende ved romtemperatur er til stede i hoveddelen av pelletsen som har et ytterbelegg som utgjør 0,1-4,45 vektprosent av det totale lipidinnholdet og består av 100-17 vektprose nt av a) glyserid eller b) frie fettsyrer eller c) uraffinert palmeolje eller blandinger av a), b) og c) og hvor komponentene a, b og c alle har høyt smeltepunkt, samt 0-83 vektprosent lipider som er flytende ved romtemperatur. Ytterbelegget utgjør fortrinnsvis 0,5-1,5 vektprosent av det totale lipidinnholdet. Fremgangsmåten innbefatter å forme po røse pellets ved ekstrusjon av vanlig brukte fôrkomponenter og så behandle de nevnte pellets med lipidet som er flytende ved romtemperatur inntil pelletsene er mettet til en metningsgrad på 99,9-95,5 % med den nevnte væsken. Pelletsene blir så avkjølt og behandlet med de nevnte aktive komponentene a, b og/eller c, som kan blandes med lipid som er flytende ved romtemperatur, inntil pelletsene får et ytterbelegg som utgjør 0,1-4,5 vektprosent av det totale lipidinnholdet i pelletsene.
