Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår et trekokehjelpemiddel som omfatter en blanding av fettsyrer og kolofoniumsyrer og/eller salter derav i et forhold som er effektivt for å fjerne ekstraktene i tremasseproduksjon. Oppfinnelsen angår også en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et trekokehjelpemiddel hvor fettsyrer og kolofoniumsyrer tilveiebringes i en blanding i et forhold som er effektivt for å fjerne ekstraktene i tremasseproduksjon. Om ønskelig fremstilles salter av syrene ved å reagere fettsyrekolofoniumsyreblandingen inneholdende den ønskede fettsyren og kolofoniumsyrefordelingen med vann og natriumhydroksid. Trekokehjelpemidlet ifolge den foreliggende oppfinnelsen anvendes i koking av løvtrær.
