Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen omfatter en fremgangsmåte som tillater reduksjon av beregningsbelastningen forårsaket av implementeringen av konvensjonelle fremgangsmåter for signalprosessering som utføres ved hjelp av flerkopikorrelasjon, eller med andre ord av samtidige korrelasjoner av spektret til det mottatte signalet og kopier av nevnte signal, hvor hver av kopiene har en forskjellig dopplerforskyvning. I henhold til oppfinnelsen, omfatter flerkopikorrelasjonsoperasjonen minst følgende trinn: - et trinn (32) for tid-frekvens-transformasjonen av det mottatte signalet, - et trinn (61) for dannelse av genererte spektra ved hjelp av valg av spektrallinjer og sammenkjeding, med utgangspunkt i spektret til det mottatte signalet, - et trinn (64) for beregningen av det interspektrale produktet, med andre ord produktet av hvert genererte spektrum og det sammenkjedede konjugerte spektret til den korresponderende dopplerkopien, - et trinn (66) for frekvens-tid-transformasjonen av interspektralproduktene. oppfinnelsens område er fremgangsmåter for prosessering av sonarsignaler. oppfinnelsen vedrører mer spesifikt sonarekkoer som kommer fra objekter som er bestrålt av sonarsendinger med et "kam"-linjespektrum sammensatt av spektrallinjer.
