Abstract

Tetningsanordninger i henhold til denne oppfinnelsen utformes ved prosessen med å avsette et polymermateriale på et metallsubstrat for å danne en sammensatt konstruksjon, og å forme den sammensatte konstruksjonen til form av en tetningsanordning. Tetningsanordninger utformet i henhold til denne oppfinnelsen som anvender slikt utformede sammensatte konstruksjoner muliggjør tetningsutforming ved et enkelt formetrinn, uten å måtte både fremstille og utforme individuelle tetningselementer og deretter å kombinere eller sammenføye de separat utformede tetningselementene.
