Nevnte signal er QAM-modulert i 2K-modus etter DVB-T-standarden og er forsynt med en sentralbærer i midten av enkeltbæreren og er midlertidig modulert med nyttedata og representerer midlertidig en fordelt pilot Forekomsthyppigheten av alle I/Q-verdiene av nyttedataandel til den sentrale bæreren detekteres og så bestemmes midtpunktet til denne nyttedatakonstellasjonen.
