Abstract

Når det gjelder lydgjengivelse er det vanlig å anvende membraner som eksiteres av magnetiske drivere eller utstyr som omfatter elektrostatisk påvirkede bånd. Alle disse produkter har vesentlige masser i bevegelse for å frembringe lyden, l motsetning til dette frembringer selve lyden ved anslag mellom luftpartikler med uendelig liten masse og som frembringer meget høye lydforplantningshastig- heter. Foreliggende fremgangsmåte utnytter elektromagnetisme på svakt nivå og som bringes til å påvirke de omgivende luftpartikler slik at det opprettes et nytt magnetfelt. Denne fremgangsmåte har som særtrekk at den benytter en anordning (fig. 1) bestående av minst en elektrisk trådvikling (1) viklet opp på en bøyelig polymerbærer (2). Impedansen av denne trådvikling er av størrelsesorden 8 ohm. Denne anordning er tilkoplet et elektrisk audiosignal fra et akustisk kammer eller til en akustisk effektforsyning. Dette apparat og den tilsvarende fremgangsmåte kan anvendes på alt audio- og audio/video-utstyr samt ved alle kommunikasjonstyper, slik som telefon, radio, samt for medisinske formål i den hensikt å forbedre hørselssvekkede per- soners høreevne.
