Abstract

En formblokk som anvendes i en formtunnel som beveger seg omfatter første og andre formblokkseksjoner (3, 5) som mø-,. tes ved sine skilleflater (4, 6) for å lukke formblokken.Hver formblokkseksjon er forsynt med en produktformende in-nerflate (15, 35) og en luftstrømningskanal (11, -30). En luftstrømningsstyre-enhet er anordnet i hver formblokkseksjon (3, 5). Ved hjelp av flere forskjellige posisjoner-inger av de to luftstrømningsstyre-enheter vil formblokken kunne drives ved en hvilken som helst av fire forskjellige metoder, omfattende en første vakuumformningsmetode hvor luft trekkes ut fra formblokken via begge formblokkseksjo-. ner (3, 5), en andre vakuumformningsmetode hvor luft trekkes ut fra formblokken via bare den ene av formblokkseksjonene, en tredje kjølemetode hvor luft innføres i formblok-. ken via den ene av formblokkseksjonene og deretter trekkes ut fra den andre av formblokkseksjonene, og en fjerde form-blåsemetode hvor trykk i formblokken avlastes via begge formblokkseksjoner (3, 5).
