Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en svampklut på basis av cellulose med en innvendig forsterkning som oppnås ved hjelp av aminoksidfremgangsmåten. Ved fremgangsmåten fremstilles først en løsning av cellulose i vandig aminoksidløsning som deretter blandes med minst en poredanner såvel som fibre. Blandingen påføres på et transportbånd som deretter føres gjennom et koaguleringsbad av en fortynnet vandig aminoksidløsning, hvis temperatur er så høy at poredanneren smelter og løses ut. Resterende aminoksid vaskes ut, deretter tørkes svampklut-banen og konfeksjoneres. Ved fremgangsmåten finner i motsetning til viskosefremgangsmåten ingen polymernedbrytning sted, slik at svampkluten har en forbedret mekanisk stabilitet. I stedet for fiberforsterkningen kan også et kunststoffnett anvendes. Fremgangsmåten er økologisk og økonomisk spesielt gunstig. Svampkluten kan anvendes på mange måter i husholdning og industri, spesielt for rengjøringsformål.
