Abstract

En rulleanordning og en fremgangsmåte for å rulle spesielt superledere, hvorved en rulleanordning blir benyttet som innbefatter to rullelegemer anordnet motsatt av hverandre hvorved rullelegemene danner motsatte rulleoverflateplan; og hvorved innretning er anordnet for å drive de to rulle-elementene om sine symmetriakser på en slik måte at elementet som skal rulles blir dratt inn mellom rulleoverflateplanene av den friksjonen som genereres mellom elementet som skal rulles og rulleoverflateplanene. I henhold til oppfinnelsen er rulleanordningen slik konfigurert at rullelegemene innbefatter i det minste to ringformede eller rørformede rullelegemer; og hvorved de ringformedc eller rørformede rullelegemene i tillegg er tilveicbragt med overflater som danner et ringformet spor; og ved at rulleanordningen har en pressinnretning som er anordnet for tilstøtning på det ringformede sporet på en slik måte at rulleoverflateplanene blir presset mot hverandre; og hvorved pressinnretningen er konfigurert og plassert på en slik måte at pressinnretningen er i tilstøtning med bare en fraksjon av det ringformede sporet på de ringformede eller rørformede rullene. Dermed er det mulig å rulle med svært store rullcdiametere uten at det medføres en betydelig risiko for at rullene blir deformert på uønsket måte under rulleprosessen. Spesielt for rulling av superledere har eksperimenter vist at det oppnås forbedrede egenskaper for den rullede superledcren.
