Description
Sjalusier.
Sjalusier med staver av et annet ma-terial enn det mest brukte, tøe, har for-delen av større motstandskraft mot atmos-færisk innflytelse. Spesielt krever staver som er fremstilt av plast eller liknende, ikke noe vedlikehold eller tilsyn. En ulem-pe er imidlertid den forholdsvis store vekt av sjalusistaver som ikke er 'fremstilt av tre. Den hittil vanlige utførelse av ledd-forbindelsene mellom inntil hinannen liggende staver er også ugunstig.
Oppfinnelsen angår sjalusier som har staver av plast eller liknende, hvis lengdekanter har fliker som er ombøyd for å gripe dreibart inn i hverandre, og ifølge oppfinnelsen har stavens hovedpart! kasseprofil, og flikene går ut fra hver sin ,sideflate av kasseprofilet og danner åpne, ho-vedsakelig halvsylindriske renner som, vender mot profilet.
Stavene lar seg leddforbinde med hverandre ved hjelp av de nevnte fliker ..uten bruk av andre forbindelsesmidler, så de bare kan skilles fra hverandre ved lengde-forskyvnlng eller bruk av makt. En vesent-lig fordel består også i den enkle frem-stilling av stavene, idet disse kan fremstilles av f. eks. plast eller eventuelt lettmetall 1 en sprøyte- eller trekkprosess og 1 og for seg ikke krever noen ytterligere bearbeidelse.
På tegningen er der vist en f ortrukken utførelsesform av sjalusien ifølge oppfinnelsen.
Fig. 1 og fig. 2 viser tre sjalusistaver 1, 2 og 3 i henholdsvis snitt og grunnriss.;
Stavenes hovedpart! har kasseprofil og kan være forsterket med Andre tverrsteg. Ved begge lengdekanter av stavene er der fortrinnsvis over hele lengden anordnet en flik, strimmel eller liknende 4, resp. 5. Disse fliker danner leddforbindeisen mellom inntil hinannen liggende staver.
Flikene 4, 5 for alle stavene er for det nevnte formål bøyd til sylinderflater som i hovedsaken innbyrdes er symme-triske om stavens lengdeakse slik at der dannes åpne renner eller halvskåler, om-trent av form som halve hulsylindre. Ut-førelsen kan være slik at flikene passer til hinannen eller griper om 'hinannen på en fjærende, noe ettergivende måte, hvor-ved svingebevegelse av de inntil hinannen liggende staver kan finne sted, mens løs-ning av leddforbindelsen bare kan skje ved deformasjon resp. oppbøyning av flikene med makt eller ved Jengdeforskyv-ning av stavene innbyrdes.
Avhekting av forbindelsene hindres ved at avstanden b på de bøyde fliker er større enn avstanden a. Forbindelsen til-later en svingning av stavene på 90° til begge sider.
For å hindre en relativ lengdeforskyv-ning av stavene finnes der på disses ene side (jfr. 3 på fig. 4) en eksempelvis rett-vinklet utsparing 7, som passende dannes ved at der 1 flikene gjøres innsnitt svar-ende til to motstående sider av et rektan-gel eller kvadrat, hvoretter de oppstående tunger fraskilles, mens der på den annen stav (jfr. 2 på fig. 3) dannes et fremspring 6 ved parallelle innsnitt nær roten av flikene 5 og inntrykking av det mellomlig-gende parti.
Det inntrykte fremspring 6 griper et-ter sammenføyningen av stavene inn i ut-snittet 7 på den tilgrensende stav og for-hindrer enhver uheldig Innbyrdes lengde-forskyvning av stavene.
Ut- resp. innsnittene 1 flikene kan eventuelt overdekkes.
Bredden av sjalusistaven 1 henhold til oppfinnelsen kan være vilkårlig, og den velges hensiktsmessig slik at sjalusiene lett kan rulles opp på en bærevalse. Plaststa-vene av den nye type kan utføres meget smale, resp. med liten tykkelse, noe som fører til en fordelaktig minskning av rull-diameteren. Stavens veggtykfcelse avhen-ger av den styrke som forlanges.
Stavens lengde er vilkårlig. Der har f. eks. vært utført sjalusier med staver av 5 m lengde. Stavene kan også fremstilles som en streng i en sprøyte- eller trekke-prosess. De kan bestå av en hvilken som helst passende plast (kondensasjons- eller addis j ons-polymerisasj onsprodukter) eller lettmetall eller kombinasj oner av disse ma-terialer.
Claims (2)
1. Sjalusier med staver som ved sine lengdekanter har fliker som er ombøyet for å gripe dreibart inn i hverandre, karakterisert ved at stavenes (1—3) hovedparti har kasseprofil, og at flikene (4—5) går ut fra hver sin sideflate av kasseprofilet og danner åpne, hovedsake-lig halvsylindriiske renner som vender mot profilet.
2. Spalusier som angitt 1 påstand 1, karakterisert ved at den ene flik (5) nær sin rot er trykket inn i rennen over en del (6) av sin lengde, og at den annen flik (4) har et i og for seg kjent randutsnitt (7) som samvirker med inn-rykningen (6).
