Description

Vannlås for vasker.
Oppfinnelsen angår en vannlås for
vasker og hensikten er å lage en vannlås av
billig, enkel og sterk konstruksjon.
Vannlåsen er forsynt med halvkule-formig bunn og er fortrinsvis av sylindrisk
tversnitt, og karakteriseres ved at den består av to like halvdeler, hvis kanter er forsynt med utadrettede festeflenser, ved
hjelp av hvilke halvdelene sveises eller festes sammen på annen måte med vannlåsens skillevegg, som innlegges mellom
flensene. Fortrinsvis er de halvsylindriske
halvdeler på de steder hvor innløp, avløp
og renseplugger skal festes, forsynt med uttrukne plane stusser, som danner bekvem-me festesteder for løp og plugger.
Vannlåsen opphenges under vaskens
silplate, f. eks. ved sveisning eller lodning
eller på en spesiel måte som vil bli be-skrevet senere. Halvdelene er hurtige og
billige å presse ut i en operasjon og sam-mensetningen er like enkel.
Et utførelseseksempel av en vannlås
etter oppfinnelsen er vist på tegningene,
hvor fig. 1 viser et vertikalsnitt gjennom
vannlåsen og fig. 2 et tverrsnitt.
Vannlåsen består av to like halvdeler
2,3 av vesentlig halvsylindrisk tverrsnitt.
Vannlåsens bunn er halvkuleformet.
Halvdelenes kanter er forsynt med utadrettede festeflenser 4 og delene 2,3
sveises sammen langs flensene 4 med
vannlåsens skillevegg 5 innlagt mellom
flensene 4.
I eksemplet er vannlåsen opphengt under vasken ved hjelp av en skrue 11 i
vaskens silplate 1, og denne skrue festes i
en tverrbjelke 10 over vannlåsens skille-85 e-19<<>" (85 e-21'°) — 126077 — 1 blad tegninger.
vegg 5, 6. Halvdelenes 2,3 øvre kant er til-dannet som utadrettede U-formede flenser 13, som danner et leie for en tetningsring 14, som legges mot vaskens bunn.
Konstruksjonen gir en meget kort vannlås.
I halvdelenes 3 bunn er innsatt en ren-seplugg 16, mens halvdelen 2 har en rense-plugg 9 rett under skilleveggens skrå-stillede del 6, som dekker over utløpet 7. Tilløpet 8 fra vasken er ført inn i delen 3 omtrent i høyde med rensepluggen 9 i delen 2.
På de steder av halvdelene 2,3 hvor utløp, tilløp og renseplugger 9 er plasert, er halvdelene forsynt med uttrukne, plane stusser 15.

Claims (2)

1. Vannlås for vasker, med halvkuleformet bunn og fortrinsvis av sylindrisk tverrsnitt, karakterisert ved at den består av to like halvdeler (2,3) hvis kanter er forsynt med utadrettede festeflenser (4), ved hjelp av hvilke halvdelene sveises eller festes sammen på annen måte med vannlåsens skillevegg (5) innlagt mellom flensene (4).
2. Vannlås etter påstand 1, karakterisert ved at de halvsylindriske sidevegger er trukket ut til stusser (15) på steder som tjener som feste for utløp (7), tilløp (8) og renseplugger (9).
