Description

Elektrisk dreiebryter med flere i et plan og i en sirkel om et rotorlegeme anordnede kontaktarmer eller kontaktfjærer.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en
elektrisk dreiebryter med flere i et plan og
i en sirkel om et rotorlegeme anordnede
bueformede kontaktarmer eller kontaktfjærer, som samarbeider med faststående
motkontakter.
Ifølge en kjent innretning er en slik
bryter, forsynt med sirkelbueformede kontaktarmer, styrt av kammer som er utformet på et med bryteraksen forbundet rotorlegeme. Styringen av kontaktarmene
skjer her på utbøyede fremspring på arm-ene omtrent på midten av disse. For imid-lertid å lette styringen og særlig minske
den nødvendige bryterkraft, foreslås ifølge
oppfinnelsen at kontaktarmene eller kon-taktlærene ved sine frie, kontaktgivende
ender har mot bryteraksen rettede fremspring som påvirkes av de på undersiden
av rotorlegemet anordnede aksialt rettede
kammer for aksial styring av kontaktarmene. Derved angriper styrekammene på
enden av kontaktfj ærene slik at kontaktarmene blir lengere og bryterkraften ikke
lenger behøver å være så stor. Kontaktarmene lar seg da lettere trykke mot de faststående kontakter.
En videre fordel ved oppfinnelsen be-står i at styrekammene kan bevege seg
innenfor det av kontaktfj ærene frigjorte
rom, slik at en skive som er anbragt over
styrekammene dekker til eller fyller ut
rommet i sokkelen nesten fullstendig.
Et utførelseseksempel på oppfinnelsen
skal forklares nærmere under henvisning
til tegningen.
Fig. 1 viser et tverrsnitt gjennom en
bryter ifølge oppfinnelsen langs linjen I—I i fig. 2.
Fig. 2 viser et grunnriss av bryteren i
fig. 1 med fjernet kamskive.
I sokkelen 1 er der anordnet kontaktfjærer 2 med motkontakter 3. Kontaktfj ærene 2 strekker seg bueformet inne i sokkelens hulrom med sine brede flater parallelt med sokkelbunnen i retning av mot-kontaktene 3, som rager inn i sokkelens hulrom radialt fra sokkelens øvre kant. Mot-kontaktene kan derved utformes plane. De er altså ikke forsynt med bøyninger som er rettet parallelt med sideflaten av sokkelens hulrom. Kontaktfj ærene 2 har i sine ender utragende deler 2a, som fortrinnsvis strekker seg i radial retning i sokkelens hulrom, altså mot akslen. Kambanen be-finner seg innenfor de sirkelbueformede kontaktarmer og berører med sine kammer 4a de utragende deler 2a under bryterbe-vegelsen. Kamlegemet 4 er dessuten forsynt med en skiveformet del 4c, som dekker kontaktene og samtidig lukker sokkel-hulrommet la i vesentlig grad. I kamlegemet 4 er bryterakslen 5 satt inn, og denne styres i bryterbroen 6 sammen med kamlegemet 4. Bryterbroen 6 er anordnet over arreteringslegemet 4b. Bryterakslen 5 er i utstanset av blikk slik at fremstillingen kan skje billigst mulig. Foreliggende bry-; ter er således ytterst enkel og derfor særlig godt egnet for massefabrikasjon.

Claims (2)

1. Elektrisk dreiebryter med flere i et plan og i en sirkel om et rotorlegeme anordnede bueformede kontaktarmer eller kontaktfj ærer, som samarbeider med faststående motkontakter, under påvirkning av kammer" sorri er utformet på det med bryterakslen forbundne rotorlegeme, karakterisert ved at kontaktarmene eller -fjærene (2) ved sin frie, kontaktgivende ende har mot bryterakslen (5) rettede fremspring (2a) som påvirkes av de på undersiden av rotorlegemet (4) anordnede, aksialt rettede kammer (4a), for aksial styring av kontaktarmene (2).
2. Elektrisk dreiebryter ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at rotorlegemet (4) er forsynt med en skive (4c) som hovedsake-lig dekker til resp. utfyller sokkelhulrom-met (la) over de faststående motkontakter (3).
