Fosfonietoxetanverbinding, alsmede gestabiliseerd thermoplastisch materiaal .
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op thermisch stabiele thermoplastische materialen, in het bijzonder polycarbonaatmaterialen, die een mengsel bevatten van een aromatisch polycarbonaat en een stabiliserende hoeveelheid van fosfoniet-oxetan.
5 Men heeft reeds veel onderzoek verricht naar de bereiding van ther misch stabiele polycarbonaatmaterialen, die stabiel van kleur zouden zijn bij verhoogde temperaturen en in het bijzonder bij de hoge vormtemperatu-ren, die in het algemeen worden toegepast bij de vervaardiging van vorm-stukken van polycarbonaat. Er zijn vele verschillende toevoegsels gevonden, 10 die zeer geschikt zijn om polycarbonaten stabiel tegen warmte en tegen verkleuring te maken. Bijzonder geschikt zijn triorganofosfieten, zoals beschreven in het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.305.520. Daarnaast beschrijven de Amerikaanse octrooischriften 3.729.440 en 3.953.388 thermisch stabiele aromatische polycarbonaten, die een fosfiniet en een epoxyverbinding 15 bevatten. Verder beschrijft het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.794.629 chemisch stabiele aromatische polycarbonaten, die oxetanfosfieten bevatten, terwijl het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.978.020 thermisch stabiele aromatische polycarbonaten beschrijft, die fosfonieten bevatten, welke epoxy-verbindingen bevatten.
20 Polycarbonaten worden eveneens toegepast voor de vervaardiging van flessen; deze flessen worden echter troebel na sterilisatie in water of blootstelling aan vocht bij verhoogde temperaturen. Het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.839247 beschrijft een waterhelder polycarbonaatmateriaal, dat toegepast kan worden voor de vervaardiging van flessen, waarbij dit poly-25 carbonaatmateriaal een aromatische of alifatische epoxyverbinding als sta- i biliseermiddel bevat.
Gevonden werd, dat wanneer men een aromatisch polycarbonaat mengt met een fosfonietoxetan, het verkregen polycarbonaatmateriaal een verbeterde thermische stabiliteit bezit, wat bijvoorbeeld blijkt door zijn bestand-30 heid tegen vergeling bij blootstelling aan hoge vormtemperaturen.
De fosfonietoxetanen, die volgens de uitvinding toegepast kunnen worden, kunnen voorgesteld worden door de algemene structuur (1), waarin n het getal 1 of 2 is, elk van de symbolen R en onafhankelijk van elkaar een alkylgroep met 1-30 koolstofatomen of een arylgroep met 6 tot circa 35 30 koolstofatomen en bij voorkeur 6-12 koolstofatomen voorstellen en een oxetanrest voorstelt met de structuur (2), waarin een alkyl-, aryl-, aralkyl-, halogeenmethyl-, cyanomethyl-, alkoxymethyl-, aryloxymethyl-, 790804e fc * - 2 - aralkyloxymethyl- of acyloxymethylgroep kan voorstellen.
R en in formule (1) kunnen onafhankelijk van elkaar eventueel door halogeen gesubstitueerde alkyl-, aryl-, cycloalkyl-, aralkyl- en alkaryl-groepen voorstellen met ten hoogste circa 30 koolstofatomen. Als represen-5 tatieve fosfonieten, die volgens de uitvinding toegepast kunnen worden, zijn die te noemen, waarin R en R^ alkylgroepen (bijvoorbeeld methyl, ethyl, n.propyl, isopropyl, n.butyl, sec.butyl, tert.butyl, n.pentyl, isopentyl, tert.pentyl, n.hexyl, dodecyl, nonyl en dergelijke); cycloalkyl-groepen (bijvoorbeeld cyclohexyl, 2-methylcyclohexyl, 4-methylcyclohexyl, 10 2-ethylcyclohexyl, 4-ethylcyclohexyl, 4-isopropylcyclohexyl en dergelijke); arylgroepen (bijvoorbeeld fenyl, naftyl, 2-naftyl, bifenyl of terfenyl en dergelijke); aralkylgroepen (bijvoorbeeld benzyl, fenylethyl, 2-fenylethyl, 1- fenylpropyl, 2-fenylpropyl en dergelijke); alkarylgroepen (bijvoorbeeld p.tolyl, m.tolyl, 2.6-xylyl, o.tolyl, p.cumyl, m.cumyl, o.cumyl, mesityl, 15 p.tert.butylfenyl en dergelijke) en halogeenarylgroepen (bijvoorbeeld 2- chloorfenyl, 2.4.6-trichloorfenyl, 2.4.6-tribroomfenyl en dergelijke) zijn, waarin de substituenten halogeenatomen kunnen zijn.
De fosfonietoxetanen, die de voorkeur verdienen, kunnen worden voorgesteld door de structuur (3), waarin n, R2 en de bovengegeven beteke-20 nissen hebben.
De fosfonieten van de uitvinding kunnen bereid worden volgens op zichzelf bekende methoden, zoals beschreven in "Organic Phosphorous Compounds", Vol. 4, onder redactie van G.M. Kosolapoff en L. Maier (1972), blz. 255-462.
Evenzo kunnen de oxetanen van de uitvinding bereid worden volgens an-25 dere op zichzelf bekende methoden, zoals bijvoorbeeld beschreven in "Encyclopedia op Polymer Science and Technology", interscience Publishers, Vol. 9, blz. 668-701 (1968) en het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 2.910.483 en de methoden, die genoemd zijn in het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.209.013.
Het fosfonietoxetan wordt met het aromatische polycarbonaat gemengd 30 in een stabiliserende hoeveelheid; deze hoeveelheid ligt in het algemeen in de orde van circa 0,005 - 1,0, bij voorkeur 0,01 - 0,50 en optimaal circa 0,02 - 0,20 gew.%, betrokken op het gewicht van het aromatische polycarbonaat.
De aromatische polycarbonaten, die volgens de uitvinding toegepast 35 kunnen worden, zijn homopolymeren en copolymeren en mengsels daarvan, die bereid worden door een tweewaardig fenol om te zetten met een carbonaat-voorprodukt.
Als tweewaardige fenolen, die gebruikt kunnen worden, zijn te noemen: bisfenolen, zoals bis(4-hydroxyfenyl)methaan, 2.2-bis(4-hydroxyfenyl)pro- 7908049 * 4 - 3 - paan (bisfenol-A), 2.2-bis(4-hydroxy 3-methylfenyl)propaan, 4.4-bis(4-hy-droxyfenyl)heptaan, 2.2-bis(4-hvdroxy 3.5-dichloorfenyl)propaan, 2.2-bis-(4-hydroxy 3.5-dibroomfenyl)propaan enz.; tweewaardige fenolethers, bijvoorbeeld bis(4-hydroxyfenyl)ether, bis(3.5-dichloor 4-hydroxyfenyl)ether 5 enz.; dihydroxydifenylverbindingen, bijvoorbeeld p.o'-dihydroxydifenyl, 3.3'-dichloor 4.4’-dihydroxydifenyl enz.; dihydroxyarylsulfonen, zoals bis(4-hydroxyfenyl)sulfon, bis(3.5-dimethyl 4-hydroxyfenyl)sulfon enz.; dihydroxybenzenen, zoals resocinol en hydrochinon, door halogeenatomen en alkylgroepen gesubstitueerde dihydroxybenzenen, bijvoorbeeld 1.4-dihydroxy 10 2.5-dichloorhenzeen, 1.4-dihydroxy 3-methylbenzeen enz.; en dihydroxydi-fenylsulf oxiden, bijvoorbeeld bis(4-hydroxyfenyl)sulfoxide, bis(3.5-dibroom 4-hydroxyfenyl)sulfodide enz. Een verscheidenheid van verdere tweewaardige fenolen is eveneens beschikbaar om carbonaatpolymeren te bereiden, bijvoorbeeld de verbindingen genoemd in de Amerikaanse octrooischriften 2.999.835, 15 3.028.365 en 3.153.008. Eveneens geschikt ter bereiding van de aromatische carbonaatpolymeren zijn copolymeren, die uit de bovengenoemde tweewaardige fenolen bereid worden door copolymerisatie met halogeenhoudende tweewaardige fenolen, bijvoorbeeld 2.2-bis(3.5-dichloor 4-hydroxyfenyl)propaan, 2.2-bis(3.5-dibroom 4-hydroxyfenyl)propaan enz. Ook is het mogelijk twee 20 of meer verschillende tweewaardige fenolen te gebruiken of een copolymeer te bereiden van een tweewaardig fenol met een glycol of met een polyester met eindstandige hydroxyl- of zuurgroepen of met een tweebasisch zuur, in het geval dat men een copolymeer of interpolymeer in plaats van een homo-polymeer wenst voor toepassing bij de bereiding van de aromatische poly-25 carbonaten van de uitvinding; ook mengsels van twee of meer van de bovengenoemde materialen zijn geschikt.
Het carbonaat-voorprodukt kan een carbonylhalogenide, een carhonaat-ester of een halogeenformiaat zijn. Geschikte carbonylhalogeniden zijn carbonylbromide, carbonylchloride (fosgeen) en mengsels daarvan. Represen-30 tatieve voorbeelden van geschikte carbonaatesters zijn difenylcarbonaat, di-(halogeenfenyl)carbonaten, zoals di-(chloorfenyl)carbonaat, di-(broom-feny1)carbonaat, di-(trichloorf enyl)carbonaat, di-(tribroomfeny1)carbonaat enz., di-(alkylfenyl)carbonaten, zoals di-(tolyl)carbonaat enz., di-(naftyl)-carbonaat, di-(chloomaftyl)carbonaat, fenyl-tolylcarbonaat, chloorfenyl-35 chloornaftylcarbonaat, enz. of mengsels daarvan. Als geschikte halogeen-formiaten zijn te noemen bishalogeenformiaten van tweewaardige fenolen (bischloorformiaten van hydrochinon enz.) of van glycolen (bishalogeenformiaten van ethyleenglycol, neopentylglycol, polyethyleenglycol enz.). Ook zijn geschikt de polymere derivaten van een tweewaardig fenol, een dicarbonzuur en koolzuur. Deze zij beschreven in het Amerikaanse oc-trooischrift 3.169.121.
5 De aromatische polycarbonaten van de uitvinding worden bereid onder toepassing van een middel voor het regelen van het molecuulgewicht, een zuuracceptor en een katalysator. Als geschikte middelen voor het regelen van het molecuulgewicht zijn te noemen eenwaardige fenolen, bijvoorbeeld fenol, chroman-I, p.tert.butylfenon, p.broomfenol, primaire en secundaire 10 aminen enz. Bij voorkeur gebruikt men fenol als middel voor het regelen van het molecuulgewicht.
Een geschikte zuuracceptor kan organisch of anorganisch van aard zijn. Geschikte organische zuuracceptoren zijn tertiaire aminen en hieronder vallen materialen als bijvoorbeeld pyridine, triethylamine, dimethylaniline, 15 tributylamine enz. Als anorganische zuuracceptor kan men een verbinding gebruiken, die een hydroxide, een carbonaat, een bicarbonaat of een fosfaat is van een alkali- of aardalkalimetaal.
De katalysatoren, die kunnen worden toegepast, kunnen elk van de geschikte katalysatoren zijn, die de polymerisatie van bisfenol-A met fosgeen 20 bevorderen. Als geschikte katalysatoren zijn te noemen: tertiaire aminen, bijvoorbeeld triethylamine, tripropylamine, N.N-dimethylaniline; quaternaire ammoniumverbindingen, bijvoorbeeld tetraethylammoniumbromide, cetyltriethyl-ammoniumbromide, tetra-n.heptylammoniumjodide, tetra-n.propylammoniumbro-mide, tetramethylammoniumchloride, tetramethylammoniumhydroxide, tetra-25 n.butylammoniumjodide, benzyl-trimethylammoniumchloride; benevens quaternaire fosfoniumverbindingen, bijvoorbeeld n.buty1-trifenylfosfoniumbromide en methyl-trifenylfosfoniumbromide.
Volgens de uitvinding kan men tevens vertakte polycarbonaten gebruiken, die verkregen worden door een polyfunctionele aromatische verbinding om te 30 zetten met het tweewaardige fenol en het carbonaat-voorprodukt, waardoor men een thermoplastisch, willekeurig vertakt polycarbonaat verkrijgt.
Deze polyfunctionele aromatische verbindingen bevatten ten minste drie functionele groepen, die carboxylgroepen, carbonzuuranhydridegroepen, halogeenformylgroepen of mengsels daarvan zijn. Voorbeelden van deze poly-35 functionele aromatische verbindingen zijn: trimellietzuuranhydride, tri-mellietzuur, trimellityltrichloride, 4-chloorformyl-ftaalzuuranhydride, pyromellietzuur, pyromellietzuurdianhydride, mellietzuur, mellietzuuranhy-dride, trimesienzuur, benzofenontetracarbonzuur, benzofenontetracarbonzuur-anhydride en dergelijke. De bij voorkeur toegepaste polyfunctionele aroma- 7908049 V Λ - 5 - tische verbindingen zijn trimellietzuuranhydride of trimellietzuur of hun halogeenformylderivaten.
Ook kan men mengsels gebruiken van een lineair polycarbonaat en een vertakt polycarbonaat.
5 Uiteraard kan men ook andere materialen toepassen bij de aromatische polycarbonaten van de uitvinding. Voorbeelden daarvan zijn materialen als antistatische middelen, vorm-losmiddelen, stabiliseermiddelen tegen ultraviolet licht, wapenende vulmiddelen, zoals glas en andere inerte vulmiddelen, schuimmiddelen en dergelijke.
10 De onderstaande voorbeelden lichten de uitvinding toe. Tenzij anders vermeld, zijn alle percentages gewichtspercentages.
VOORBEELD I
Bereiding van een nieuw fosfonietoxetan:
Bis-[(3-ethyloxetanyl-3)methyl]benzeenfosfoniet 15 Men verhitte 127 g (0,43 mol) difenylbenzeen fosfoniet, 127 g (1,09 mol) 3-ethyl 3-hydroxymethyloxetan en 0,5 g natriummethoxide gedurende 2 uren onder een druk van 2 kPa op 130® - 160®C. Men verwijderde fenol uit het reactiemengsel door een Vigreux-kolom van 305 mm onder toepassing van een temperatuur bovenin van 77® - 78®C en van een druk van 2 kPa. De druk werd 20 verder verlaagd tot 40 Pa om volledige verwijdering van fenol en overmaat oxetan te verzekeren. Het produkt, bis-[(3-ethyloxetany1-3)methyl]benzeenfosfoniet, kan gezuiverd worden door het nettoprodukt te filtreren of door het in een inert oplosmiddel op te lossen en te filtreren. Bij voorkeur wordt het produkt gedestilleerd en in dit voorbeeld werd het onder een 25 druk van 40 Pa bij 164® - 165®C gedestilleerd, waarbij een heldere, kleurloze vloeistof verkregen werd. Bij analyse van het infrarode spectrum (IR) en het protonen-kemmagnetische resonantiespectrum (NMR) vertoonde het produkt de volgende resultaten: IR: pieken bij 2957, 2925, 2865, 1241 en 1000 cm 30 NMR: 5 aromatische protonen gecentreerd bij 7,5/; 12 protonen gecentreerd bij 4,2S en 10 alifatische protonen gecentreerd bij 1,8 en 0,8/.
De verbinding heeft de structuur (4).
VOORBEELD II
andere werkwijze ter bereiding van het fosfonietoxetan van Voorbeeld I 35 In een rondbodemkolf, die 58,1 g (0,5 mol) 3-ethyl 3-hydroxymethyl oxetan, 51,0 g (0,5 mol) triethylamine en 250 ml dichloormethaan bevatte, bracht men druppelsgewijs onder roeren 44,8 g (0,25 mol) dichloorfenyl-fosfien. Na de toevoeging werd het mengsel nog 60 minuten geroerd en daarna gefiltreerd om triethylamine-hydrochloride te verwijderen. Bij de dichloor- 7908049 IK -* ........
- 6 - methaanoplossing voegde men een gelijk volume diethylether en filtreerde het mengsel opnieuw. Het oplosmiddel werd onder verlaagde druk verwijderd en men voegde nog 100 ml diethylether toe en filtreerde het mengsel opnieuw. Na verwijdering van het oplosmiddel onder verlaagde druk en een 5 nacht drogen bij 53,3 Pa verkreeg men bis-[(3-ethyloxetanyl-3)methyl]ben-zeenfosfoniet.
VOORBEELD III
Bereiding van een nieuw fosfonietoxetan:
Fenyl-[(3-ethyloxetanyl-3)methyl]benzeenfosfoniet 10 Men verhitte 147,1 g (0,5 mol) difenylbenzeenfosfoniet, 58,1 g (0,5 mol) 3-ethyl 3-hydroxymethyloxetan en 0,5 g natriummethoxide gedurende 4 uren onder een druk van 1,87 kPa op 100° - 160®C. Men verwijderde fenol uit het reactiemengsel door een Vigreux-kolom van 305 mm onder toepassing van een temperatuur bovenin van 75® - 77®C en een druk van 1,87 kPa. De druk werd 15 tot 53,3 Pa verlaagd om een volledige verwijdering van fenol en eventuele oxetanalcohol te verzekeren. Het in het reactievat achtergebleven produkt, fenyl-[(3-ethyloxetanyl-3)methyl]benzeenfosfoniet, werd onder een druk van 53,3 Pa bij 158®- 159®C gedestilleerd, waarbij men een heldere kleurloze vloeistof verkreeg. Bij analyse van het IR en NMR-spectrum van het produkt 20 verkreeg men de volgende gegevens: -1 IR: pieken bij 3055, 2960, 2930, 2865, 1591, 1490, 1216 en 1000 cm .
NMR: 10 aromatische protonen gecentreerd bij 7,45 ; 6 protonen gecentreerd bij 4,2 5 ; en 5 alifatische protonen gecentreerd bij 1,8 en 0,85.
De verbinding heeft de structuur (5).
25 VOORBEELD IV
Er werd een polycarbonaatmateriaal van een homopolymeer van 2.2-bis-(4-hydroxyfenyl)propaan (bisfenol-A) bereid door praktisch equimolaire hoeveelheden bisfenol-A en fosgeen in een organisch milieu onder standaardomstandigheden om te zetten met triethylamine, natriumhydroxide en fenol.
30 Het verkregen materiaal werd met de in Tabel A vermelde stabiliseermiddelen gemengd door de bestanddelen in een laboratoriumtuimelinrichting te laten tuimelen. Het verkregen mengsel werd daarna in een extrudeerinrichting gevoerd, die men bij circa 260®C liet werken en de geëxtrudeerde strengen werden tot korrels gehakt. Daarna werden de korrels door spuitgieten bij 35 316 ®C en 360 ®C tot proefmonsters verwerkt van circa 76 bij circa 51 mm bij een dikte van 3,2 mm. De thermische stabiliteit van de proefmonsters ten opzichte van verkleuring werd bepaald volgens de ASTM-vergelingsindex (YI)
Proef D1925 op monsters, die bij 316®C en bij 360®C gevormd waren. De verkregen resultaten zijn weergegeven in Tabel A, waarbij "controle" het poly- 7908049 - 7 - carbonaat zonder stabiliseermiddel aangeeft.

VOORBEELD V
De gevormde proefmonsters van Voorbeeld IV werden ook onderworpen aan 20 ASTM-proef D1003, waarbij hun lichttransmissie gemeten werd vóór en na een autoclaafbehandeling met stoom bij 121°C, ten einde hun stabiliteit tegen hydrolyse te bepalen. De verkregen resultaten zijn hieronder in Tabel B aangegeven.

De resultaten van Tabel A tonen het effect van de stabiliseermiddelen op de kleurstabiliteit, wanneer men de stabiliseermiddelen in verschillende 40 concentraties toepast. Van significant belang is, dat uit de resultaten van 7908049 — - 8 -
Tabel Β blijkt, dat het stabiliseermiddel van Voorbeeld II de stabiliteit van het polycarbonaat tegen hydrolyse langdurig in stand houdt, waartegenover stabiliseermiddel Q na 48 uren faalt en stabiliseermiddel Y na 144 uren. Representatief wordt aangenomen, dat het niveau van falen bereikt is, als 5 de lichttransmissie minder dan circa 75 % bedraagt.
VOORBEELD VI
Een polycarbonaatmateriaal werd bereid als in Voorbeeld IV, echter met dit verschil, dat een sporehoeveelheid van een in de handel verkrijgbaar organisch blauw pigment werd toegevoegd. Daarna werd het polycarbonaatmate-10 riaal met stabiliseermiddelen gemengd, geëxtrudeerd en tot proefmonsters gevormd, waarna de YI van de proefmonsters bepaald werd als beschreven in Voorbeeld IV. Voorts werden bij 360 ®C gevormde proefmonsters aan een versnelde verouderingsproef in de warmte onderworpen door ze gedurende tijds-verlopen van resp. 1 week en 2 weken in een op een temperatuur van 140 ®C 15 gehouden oven te plaatsen. De verkregen resultaten zijn hieronder weergegeven in Tabel C.

Zoals uit de resultaten van Tabel C blijkt, zijn stabiliseermiddel Y en het stabiliseermiddel van Voorbeeld I beide beter dan stabiliseermiddel Q voor proefmonsters, die bij 316®C en bij 360®C gevormd zijn. Bij veroudering door warmte vertoont het stabiliseermiddel van Voorbeeld I echter een 30 duidelijke verbetering over zowel stabiliseermiddel Y als Q, in het bijzonder na een veroudering in de warmte gedurende 2 weken en deze verbetering wordt verkregen met aanzienlijk lagere concentraties van het stabiliseermiddel van Voorbeeld I.

Voorbeeld II 0,08 1,7 3,8 10 Uit de resultaten van Tabel D blijkt, dat met de stabiliseermiddelen van Voorbeeld I en III betere YI-resultaten verkregen worden, ook al worden zij in aanzienlijk lagere concentraties toegepast dan stabiliseermiddel Q, wat in het bijzonder geldt voor monsters, die bij de hoogste temperatuur van 360®C gevormd zijn.
15 VOORBEEELD VIII
De hydrolytische stabiliteit van proefmonsters, die stabiliseermiddelen O en Y en van monsters, die de stabiliseermiddelen van Voorbeeld I en Voorbeeld III bevatten, werden bepaald en de verkregen resultaten zijn hieronder weergegeven in Tabel E.

De resultaten van Tabel E tonen aan, dat stabiliseermiddel Q reeds vóór 48 uren faalde, dat stabiliseermiddel Y in 24 uren faalde, het stabi-30 liseermiddel van Voorbeeld I nog aanvaardbaar was na 72 uren en dat, hoewel het stabiliseermiddel van Voorbeeld III vóór 48 uren faalde, het na 24 uren toch nog beter was dan stabiliseermiddel Q en stabiliseermiddel Y.
Hoewel 'de toepassing van de stabiliseermiddelen van de uitvinding hierboven in het bijzonder is beschreven voor aromatische polycarbonaten 35 met hoog molecuulgewicht, dient erop gewezen te worden, dat dit slechts diende om de algemene doelmatigheid van deze stabiliseermiddelen in combinatie met thermoplastische harsen aan te tonen. Zoals duidelijk is, kunnen de stabiliseermiddelen van de uitvinding met overeenkomstig gemak en overeenkomstige doelmatigheid ook worden toegepast met andere thermoplastische 40 materialen, zoals polyalkenen, polyvinylchloride, polyesters en dergelijke.

Claims (11)
1. Fosfoniet-oxetanverbinding met de structuur (1), waarin n het getal 1 of 2 is; elk van de symbolen R en een eventueel door halogeen gesubstitueerde alkylgroep met 1-30 koolstofatomen of een eventueel door halo- 5 geen gesubstitueerde arylgroep met 6-30 koolstofatomen voorstelt en R^ een oxetangroep voorstelt met de structuur (2), waarin R^ een alkyl-, aryl-, aralkyl-, halogeenmethyl-, cyanomethyl-, alkoxymethyl-, aryloxymethyl-, aralkyloxymethyl- of acyloxymethylgroep voorstelt.
2. Fosfonietoxetanverbinding volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat 10 deze de structuur (3) heeft, waarin R^ een alkyl-, aryl-, aralkyl-, halogeenmethyl-, cyanomethyl-, alkoxymethyl-, aryloxymethyl-, aralkyloxymethyl- of acyloxymethylgroep voorstelt. »yerbinding/

6. Materiaal volgens conclusie 5, met. het kenmerk, dat het oxetan aan-___________ wezig is in een hoeveelheid van circa 0,005 - 1,0 gew.%, betrokken op de thermoplastische hars.
7. Materiaal volgens conclusie 6, met het kenmerk, dat het oxetan aan-25 wezig is in een hoeveelheid van circa 0,01 - 0,50 gew.%.
8. Materiaal volgens conclusies 5-7, met het kenmerk, dat de thermoplastische hars gekozen is uit aromatische polycarnonaten, polyalkenen, polyvinylchloride en polyesters.
9. Materiaal volgens conclusie 8, met het kenmerk, dat de thermoplas-30 tische hars een aromatisch polycarbonaat met hoog molecuulgewicht is.
10. Materiaal volgens conclusie 9, met het kenmerk, dat het aromatische polycarbonaat is afgeleid van 2.2-bis(4-hydroxyfenyl)propaan.
11.
