Abstract
By means of the locking device, the rotary-latch locks provided on the luggage-flaps of buses are to be unlocked simultaneously from a central point (2) and, after the luggage-space flaps have been shut, locked again from this central point (2) by means of a handle. For this purpose, there is provided at the central point a key-operated sensor switch (2) which is connected to a reservoir (4) for a pressure medium and which is respectively connected by means of lines (3, 5, 7, 9, 10) to a working cylinder (11) arranged on each luggage-space flap. The pistons (12) of these working cylinders (11) can be loaded with the pressure medium on the piston side having the piston rod (13) for the purpose of releasing the rotary-latch locks and can be loaded by a compression spring (14) on their other piston side for the purpose of locking the rotary-latch locks. The working cylinders (11) of the luggage-space flaps of the one longitudinal side of the bus can be connected to a first collecting line (9) and the working cylinders (11) of the luggage-space flaps of the other longitudinal side of the bus can be connected to a second collecting line. The collecting lines are designed as dual-circuit lines and are connected to a further dual-circuit change-over valve (8), connected to the key-operated sensor valve (2), at points located operatively opposite one another. <IMAGE>
