Abstract

Receiver for picking up a particular frequency, with a local mixing oscillator producing a definite frequency. A first frequency divider circuit is coupled to the oscillator, providing a fixed divisor. There is a second divider circuit designed as a counter, coupled to the first divider, providing an adjustable divisor. A detector circuit is coupled to the two divider circuits and to the output of a reference signal generator. The output of the detector is connected to the oscillator tuner. The receiver has a corrector circuit to adjust to the divisor in the second divider circuit. The connector circuit also contains a divisor adjustment circuit related to the middle frequency of the receiver.
