Abstract
Disclosed are a grape vine supporting device facilitating trellis climbing down and climbing up, and a construction and usage method therefor. The supporting device of the method mainly includes a Vineyard stand column and an internal component thereof. According to the method, grape vines are planted obliquely, then grow along a circular curve, climb up a trellis, and are pruned and managed, after winter pruning, the grape trunks are perpendicularly pressed down, such that the trunks and the trunk fixing wire sink into a planting row together, and then are buried in soil, and after soil removal in spring, the trunk fixing wire pulls the grape trunks to perpendicularly ascend to trunk fixing height. Through the method, efficiency of grape vines to climb down the trellis in winter and climb up the trellis in spring can be significantly improved, and labor cost can be saved.
Description
GRAPE VINE SUPPORTING DEVICE FACILITATING TRELLIS CLIMBING
DOWN AND CLIMBING UP, AND CONSTRUCTION AND USAGE METHOD
THEREFOR
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of grape vine culture, in particular to a grape vine supporting device facilitating trellis climbing down and climbing up, and a construction and usage method therefor.
[02] Being an important fruit tree in China, the grape vine is widely distributed and mostly produced in the northern area of China. Because of the low temperature in winter, it is necessary for the grape vine to climb down the trellis and get buried in soil for winter protection in winter and climb up the trellis in spring.
[03] Vertical trellises and V-shaped trellises are common trellis forms in grape culture in the northern area. In such trellis forms, a trunk or main vine of the grape vine is mostly in the form of a dragon-like trunk, and the trunk stands upright or leans forwards and then directly climbs up the trellis. In this mode, the grape trunk is directly pressed down, and is likely to be broken accordingly. In order to protect the trunk against the damage, the trellis climbing down and climbing up work of the grape vine needs to be done manually by selecting corresponding bending angles, which results in a heavy workload, long time consumption and high labor cost.
[04] How to invent a new culture management method to simplify the trellis climbing down and climbing up process of the grape vine has become an urgent need for labor-saving culture of the grape vine.
[05] In view of this, in order to solve a complicated process and hand labor of trellis climbing down and climbing up of grape a vine, the present invention provides a grape vine supporting device facilitating trellis climbing down and climbing up, and a construction and usage method therefor.
[06] In order to solve the above objective, the present invention uses the technical solution as follows: the grape vine supporting device facilitating trellis climbing down and climbing up includes a stand column I, a stand column II and a trunk fixing wire which are provided at a front end and a rear end of a vineland;
[07] a lower end of the stand column I is provided with a “C”-shaped through groove, a trunk fixing wire fixing rod I which may move up and down is provided in the “C”-shaped through groove, and a fixing buckle is provided on the trunk fixing
IO wire fixing rod 1;
[08] a lower end of the stand column II is provided with an “E”-shaped through groove, a trunk fixing wire fixing rod II is provided in the “E”-shaped through groove, and a wire tightener is provided on the trunk fixing wire fixing rod II in a sleeving manner; and
[09] two ends of the trunk fixing wire are separately connected to the fixing buckle in the stand column I and the wire tightener in the stand column II, a plurality of groups of shaping rods are uniformly provided along a length direction of the trunk fixing wire, and each group of shaping rods is formed into a ring by a plurality of straight rods.
[10] A stand column III is further provided between the stand column I and the stand column II, a lower end of the stand column III is provided with a strip-shaped through groove, and the trunk fixing wire passes through the strip-shaped through groove.
[11] A construction and usage method for a grape vine form facilitating trellis climbing down and climbing up includes:
[12] in the spring of the first year, obliquely planting seedlings of grape vines along a direction of a culture row at one side of a trunk fixing wire, then making the seedlings grow along bottom ends of the shaping rods, forming a ring on a ground plane first, then making the seedlings grow along the culture row along the ground,
and after pinching and promoting growth, burying the seedlings in soil for winter protection and overwintering;
[13] in the spring of the following year, ascending the trunk fixing wire by a trunk fixing wire fixing rod I and a trunk fixing wire fixing rod II, tightening the trunk fixing wire by a wire tightener, making grape trunks climb up a trellis around shaping rods, wind into a spiral shape, and grow along the trunk fixing wire after climbing up the trellis, selecting one wall or two walls, pruning the grape vines according to a management method for traditional vertical trellises or V-shaped trellises, and removing the shaping rods after the grape vines climb up the trellis; in winter, turning on the wire tightener first, loosening the trunk fixing wire, lowering the trunk fixing wire fixing rod I and the trunk fixing wire fixing rod II to lowest ends of the “C-shaped through groove and the “E”-shaped through groove separately, then rotating the wire tightener manually or mechanically at low speed to tighten the trunk fixing wire, making the grape trunks and the trunk fixing wire sink together, lowering the grape trunks to the ground, locking the wire tightener, and then burying the grape trunks in the soil for winter protection; and
[14] in the spring of the third year, removing the topsoil of the grape vines, then turning on the wire tightener, raising the trunk fixing wire fixing rod I and the trunk fixing wire fixing rod II to highest ends of the “C”-shaped through groove and the “E”-shaped through groove separately, and then rotating the wire tightener manually or mechanically at low speed to tighten the trunk fixing wire, making the grape trunks and the trunk fixing wire ascend together, and turning off the wire tightener when the grape trunks reach specified height. Other management methods are the same as conventional culture methods, after a new vine form is constructed, the grape vines will form a spiral trunk and a single/double-arm main vine.
[15] The seedlings of the grape vines are planted obliquely along the direction of the culture row at one side of the trunk fixing wire about 20 cm away from the culture row.
[16] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages and effects:
[17] (1) according to the method of the present invention, the grape trunks ascend spirally upwards, may be directly press down and are not likely to be broken, and bending angles of the trunks do not need to be specially adjusted manually, such that workload of trellis climbing up and climbing down is reduced,
[18] (2) according to the present invention, trellis climbing up and climbing down of the grape vines may be realized by adjusting a position of the trunk fixing wire, the grape trunks do not need to be manually detached from the trunk fixing wire and then climb down the trellis, and all the grape trunks do not need to be manually pressed down or lifted separately, such that a work process may be simplified, and the labor cost may be saved; and
[19] (3) according to the present invention, the new vine form and the supporting device may realize mechanization of trellis climbing up and climbing down of the grape vines by means of an external automation apparatus, and improve working efficiency.
