Claims (10)

Conclusies
1. Een bacillus drentensis, en de bacillus drentensis is gedeponeerd in het China General Microbiological Culture Collection Centre onder het depotnummer CGMCC nr. 22667; een bacillus aryabhattai en de bacillus aryabhattai gedeponeerd in het China General Microbiological Culture Collection Centre onder het depotnummer CGMCC
No.22669.
2. Plantenenzymen, volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat de bacillus drentensis en/of bacillus aryabhattai wordt toegepast bij de bereiding van plantenenzymen.
3. Plantenenzymen, volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat de grondstoffen van het plantenenzym rijsmiddel, fermentatiemiddel en bacterieoplossing omvatten; het rijsmiddel omvat Rumex madaio Makino, koolstofbron, schimmelresten en water; de koolstofbron omvat bruine suiker en/sucrose; de bacterieoplossing omvat bacillus drentensis en bacillus aryabhattai volgens conclusie 1.
4. Plantenenzymen, volgens conclusie 3, met het kenmerk dat het rijsmiddel in het plantenenzym de volgende massacomponenten bevat: 20-25 delen Rumex madaio Makino, 5-7 delen koolstofbron, 7-10 delen schimmelresten en 96 -126 delen water; de massa van het gebruikte fermentatiemiddel is 0.03% van de totale massa van het fermentatiesysteem; de massa van de gebruikte bacterieoplossing is 0.02% van de totale massa van het fermentatiesysteem; de concentratie van de bacterieoplossing is 1x108 cfu/ml, en de verhouding van bacillus drentensis en bacillus aryabhattai in de bacterieoplossing is 1: 1.
5S. Plantenenzymen, volgens conclusie 3, met het kenmerk, dat het fermentatiemiddel melkzuurbacteriën en/of gisten omvat.
6. Plantenenzymen, volgens conclusie 3, met het kenmerk, dat de Rumex madaio Makino R.patientia, R.japonics, R.acetosa, R.obtusifolius L, R.nepalensis en R.gmelinii omvat.
7. Bereidingsmethode van de plantenenzymen volgens een van de conclusies 3-6, met het kenmerk dat de bereidingsmethode de volgende stappen omvat: het mengen van het rijsmiddel, het fermentatiemiddel en de bacterieoplossing en het fermenteren ervan gedurende 28-31 dagen.
8. Bereidingsmethode van de plantenenzymen volgens conclusie 7, met het kenmerk, dat de temperatuur van de fermentatie 20°C tot 25°C is.
9. Plantenenzym volgens een van de conclusies 3 tot 6 of het plantenenzym verkregen door de bereidingswerkwijze volgens conclusie 7 of 8, met het kenmerk, dat het plantenenzym kan worden toegepast voor het bevorderen van plantengroei.
10. Toepassing van het plantenenzym volgens conclusie 9, met het kenmerk, dat de planten die de plantengroei bevorderen, paprika omvatten.
