Abstract
The invention claims a match-casting formwork system for segmental composite girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, comprising several parts, i.e. a fixed end mold (1) and a fixed end mold bracket (2), an external mold (3) and an external mold bracket (4), an internal mold (5) and an internal mold bracket (6), a bottom mold (7) and a bottom mold bracket (8), a bottom mold trolley (9) and a hydraulic system, etc. The fixed end mold (1) comprises an upper part (14) and a lower part (15), and the position of the upper part opposite to the corrugated steel web is provided with a movable block to facilitate the corrugated steel web entering mold. A three-dimensional aligning device (38) is arranged on a main girder of the external mold to perform precise positioning for a space attitude of the corrugated steel web. A steel-concrete junction sealing device is set in a steel-concrete junction area, with positioning function of the corrugated steel web. Various parts of the molds are assembled with the hydraulic system and precisely positioned according to the structural dimensions of the girder segment. The invention is aimed at solving difficult problems that the corrugated steel web is of high installation precision requirements and the whole reinforcing cage is difficult in entering mold, so as to ensure high-quality and high-efficient prefabricated construction of the girder segments. The most illustrative drawing is Figure 1.
