TO PROVIDE AN ENGINE (100) STOPPING/STARTING CONTROL SYSTEM CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY STARTING AN ENGINE (100) TO MOVE A VEHICLE ONLY IN THE CASE WHERE AN ACCELERATOR IS OPERATED ON THE BASIS OF THE POSITIVE INTENTION OF A DRIVER, AND A VEHICLE MOUNTED WITH THE SAME.SINCE AN OPERATIONAL MODE SIGNAL S101 INDICATES AN “L” LEVEL DURING THE “ENGINE-STARTING MODE” AND AN AND CIRCUIT (403) IS TURNED INTO AN ENABLE STATE, IF A STARTER SWITCH (58) IS TURNED ON WHEN THE ROTATIONAL NUMBER OF THE ENGINE (100) IS EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN THE IDLING ROTATIONAL NUMBER AND A STOP SWITCH (59) IS TURNED ON, A STARTER RELAY (62) IS MADE CONDUCTIVE TO THEREBY ROTATE A STARTER MOTOR (71).
