Abstract

The present invention relates to pasta with sauce suitable for eating in motion, a pasta is proposed in the form of a long tube, cooked and wound into a spiral, which on one side is closed and the other is open and provided with a filling of salt

Description

PASTA FILLED IN SPIRAL FORM DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a type of pasta in the form of an elongated tube that is cooked and wound in a spiral. It is known from patent document DE 42 19 570 Cl to form a dough in tubular form, which has holes along its entire length, the total surface of which at least is as large as the surface of the front face. For the preparation of a dish of this type of pasta long pieces of raw vegetables can be inserted into the tube. From the patent document DE 44 08 724 Al it is suggested to arrange the spaghetti in the form of a snail or a thread instead of its traditional longitudinal shape, creating connections between some of the turns. During cooking these connections dissolve and the pasta returns to its original longitudinal shape. Finally, it is known from patent document US 4 259 051 to fill pasta tubes with ketchup, jam or similar substances by means of coextrusion. Those stuffed pasta tubes can be cut into pieces and sealed at their ends. These types of pasta are not suitable nor designed for consumption during movement. The invention is based on the task of developing a type of pasta that is suitable to be consumed during movement. This task is solved according to the invention by REF: 26497 means of the features of claim 1 according to which the tubes are closed on one side and open on the other and filled with sauce. By means of the spiral shape the stuffed pasta can be transported easily and eaten as a sandwich held in the hand with the help of a toothpick. Since one side of the tube is open, the user can easily recognize the filling. The invention is clarified by way of example with the help of the drawings. Which show Figure 1 a perspective view of a spiral shaped pasta, and Figure 2 a top view of the spiral shaped pasta. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a paste in the form of longitudinal tubes [2], which is spirally wound. With [1] is designated the inner end of the tube, which is shaped closed, while the outer end [3] is open. The tube [2] is filled with a filling in the form of a sauce, which may be the sauce filling introduced in the usual way. It is also possible to introduce the filling of the balance only after firing the paste by means of pressure. The paste thus serves as a transport vessel for the sauce, which will not be added in the usual manner on the pasta. But the user can recognize through the opening at the end the type of sauce filling.
The outer diameter of the spiral-shaped dough can be from 10 to 20 mm. The length of the spiral wound can be approximately 80 to 100 cm. The opening of the tubes [3] can be extended from 5 to 15 mm. To be tasted the pasta spiral can be introduced in a paper bag, so that it can be held comfortably. To simplify the handling, a wooden pole or the like can also be inserted in the middle of the spiral. The pasta consists preferably of flour or olina, especially semolina of hard wheat, as is usual in spaghetti and Italian macaroni. This noodle material in its raw state is hard and dry, it is transformed by cooking into clear water, which is slightly salty. By means of the sauce filling in this spirally rolled pasta, the macaroni can easily be tasted with the sauce without further auxiliaries such as cutlery, in such a way that this form is suitable for the fast food sector. The pasta is eaten when it is bite piece by piece from the outside with its sauce content, thereby avoiding spills and stains to a large extent. A stuffed macaroni of that type can serve as a snack between meals, which has a weight of approximately 80 to 100 g. As a filling sauce can be provided that do not contain too granulated ingredients and that have a good fluidity.
