Description
TRANSPORTABLE CONDITIONING ASSEMBLY FOR A PRODUCT SUCH AS RIMEL OR EYELASH MASK DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a transportable and possibly rechargeable packaging assembly for a liquid to pasty product, such as mascara or rime), which comprises an applicator and a tank equipped with at least one squeegee. More precisely, the applicator comprises a handle that supports at least one bundle of hairs, which have particular shape and length and are apt to load mascara onto keratin fibers, and in particular tabs. Numerous rfmßl application and conditioning devices have been proposed which generally comprise a rigid tubular body open at one end, which contains the make-up product, and an apiicator apt to be housed in this body and provided with a tang that terminates in a brush or brush. A squeegee housed in the body ensures the drying of the brush and / or the spike when the applicator is removed from the body. However, one of the disadvantages of using the known application and conditioning devices is that the applicator behaves like a piston when moving inside the rigid body, thus producing the emission of an unpleasant suction noise, by return roughness of the interior of the body at atmospheric pressure REF: 24525 When the make-up product is fluid, the squeegee comprises a narrowed part to effect the thinning of the spike and the brush or brush, thus avoiding to leave on the spike a capable product, When the brush is used to flow over the cap of the applicator and, therefore, to stain its thread, intended for fixing the tap on the body, this narrowed part contributes to increase the intensity of the suction noise emitted. when the applicator is removed, mascara builds up from the scraping of the spike at the periphery of the narrowed part of the squeegee and forms a concentration that it is projected, by venturi effect, on the end of the brush when the air suddenly enters the rigid body. This projection of rime! by the end of the brush it is, of course, a nuisance for the user and a loss of product. Another drawback of the known application and conditioning devices is the shearing effect of the mascara formula when the brush is wiped in the manner described above. In fact, in such devices, when the cleaning operation is performed perpendicularly to the bristles of the brush, the formula of the ridge is broken; it is subject to a viscosity variation; can form lumps that imply a bad smoothing of the eyelashes. This is particularly the case in the case of mascara masks with a strong pigmentary charge. The existence of this phenomenon requires the use of compositions insensitive to the shearing effect and limits the number of usable compositions of mascara.
Finally, these application and mascara conditioning devices have the drawback of being large and their content often ends up drying before being fully used. It is therefore difficult for the same user to have several mascara products, for example of different colors. Furthermore, the known rechargeable devices are also of large size and the product is dried before being completely used, losing its make-up properties .. The need therefore remains for a package of conveyable and rechargeable mascara for which the entire product can be used until the end without risk of drying, thus retaining the product all its make-up properties. The present invention aims to satisfy these needs. The object of the invention is thus a new transportable packaging assembly, a liquid to pasty product, such as for mascara, comprising a first mascara deposit, an applicator provided with a flat handle and a part provided with hairs mounted on this handle, this applicator being suitable for closing this first deposit, characterized by the fact that the length of this first deposit It is substantially equal to the part with hair and because this part is directly fixed on the handle. The product to be transported by the packaging assembly of the invention can be any liquid to pasty product, such as fluids containing pigments and / or fillers, and in particular, hair dye or mascara or mascara. Advantageously, the part provided with hairs comprises at least one bundle of hairs implanted parallel to the piano of the gripper handle, the width of the free end of the bundle of hairs, measured following a first direction parallel to this plane, being at least equal to a quarter of eyelash arch, the hairs being apt to load mascara onto keratin fibers following a geometrical axis, preferably longitudinal, of the latter. The keratinous fibers can be eyelashes, eyebrows, hair or bristles. Advantageously, the assembly comprises means for creating a depression inside the first tank when the applicator is removed from this first tank to load the hairs with mascara. In particular, it can comprise a squeegee which can be fixed on the first tank and which will be adapted to the shape of the part provided with hairs, so as to abrade the hairs parallel to its longitudinal axis, thus avoiding the shearing effect. This particular configuration also makes it possible to avoid suction noise when the applicator is removed. The first deposit may also comprise a flexible bag or wallet containing the rime !. In this particular case, the drainer can be fixed to the head of this flexible portfolio. This ensures a better load of the hairs with mascara: in effect, the removal of the applicator causes, inside the flexible carterilla, a depression that applies the walls of the same on the hairs of the apiicador and loads, consequently, to these last with mascara. This conditioning set is extra-flat and thus has the advantage of not taking up space, being easily transportable and being rechargeable. Indeed, when the content of the flexible portfolio has been fully utilized, it is sufficient to replace it with another similar portfolio or bag, for example, heat sealed. In addition, the handle can advantageously constitute a secondary mascara deposit. You can thus remove the first deposit of rime! and replace it with the secondary deposit and vice versa. In addition, this applicator is washable. The invention and its embodiment will appear more clearly in the description that follows, made with reference to the appended figures, in which: - Figure 1 is a cut-away perspective view of the conditioning assembly according to the invention, - Figure 2 is a sectional view of the flexible portfolio contained in the first reservoir before and after the removal of the applicator, - Figure 3 represents another embodiment of the invention, in which the handle comprises a rime recharge !, - the figure 4 is a perspective view of the recharge of the assembly according to the invention shown in figure 3, - figure 5 represents a variant of the assembly of figure 1 provided with a particular means of closing the conditioning assembly, - figures 6a and 6b represent variants of the assembly of figure 1 in which the handle comprises an articulated part that can be opened and closed to ensure a lateral grip of the applicator - Figure 7 is a perpendicular view of the conditioning assembly of the invention having an articulated handle. According to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the packaging assembly according to the invention indicated with reference 1 as a whole essentially comprises an applicator 3 and a first reservoir 5 of rime! 6. This set, unlike those of the current state of the art, it is extra-flat. Thus, the width of the conditioning assembly, measured along the straight line that is perpendicular to the plane of the handle, is preferably in the range of 4mm to 12mm. The applicator 3 is provided with a flat handle 7 and a part provided with extra flat hairs 9 fixed directly on this handle, parallel to the plane of the latter. The part provided with hairs 9 is constituted by several bundles 12 of aligned hairs, the hairs 11 being of different lengths, shapes, diameters, sections and natures, depending on the load, small or important, that one wishes to add to the keratin fibers. At least a portion of the hairs 9 area is immersed in the mascara. A portion of the handle 7 can be immersed in the first reservoir 5. The hair part 9 has an effective overall length to ensure optimum loading of the keratin fibers, and in particular the eyelashes. This length is substantially equal to that of the first reservoir 5. In particular, this length ranges from 4 to 60 mm, preferably from 5 to 40 mm. The handle 7 is mounted on a sheath 15 that performs the
cubicle mission and which is suitable to be adjusted under pressure (throat 2, impeller 4) on the first reservoir 5. This first reservoir 5 comprises a neck 17 whose inner wall 29 is provided with a drainer 19, one end of which 22 , located opposite the sheath 15, is fixed on this neck 17. In another embodiment of the invention, this end 22 can rest on the neck 17 of the first reservoir 5. The handle 7 comprises, at the level of the end 22 of the drainer, a sealing system. This can be a gasket 21, as shown in this figure, or a washer that rests on a clamp. The drainer 19 comprises, opposite its fixed end 22, a free end 24 in which an opening 8 is arranged.
1 for the passage of the part equipped with hairs. This opening is oblong or squashed in shape, and its largest dimension is perpendicular to the part provided with hairs, to smooth the hairs following their geometric axis when the applicator is removed. The drainer is suitable for draining the part equipped with hairs following the geometrical axis of them. You can understand, at your end
24, another sealing system that can be used alone or in conjunction with the seal system 21 of the handle. The drainer can be made of rigid or semi-rigid material, chosen preferably between elastomers or thermoplastic materials. In the embodiment of this figure 1, the conditioning assembly is closed and the drainer opening 8 is located opposite the fixed end 26 of the hair part. It is possible to place this opening 8 in front of the handle 7. In this case, the drainer must be configured according to the shape of the handle to ensure, when the applicator is removed, the cleaning of the handle and the part with hair 9, always in the direction longitudinal of the hairs 11. Preferably, the fixed end 26 of the hairs part is located near the opening 8 of the drainer. This conditioning assembly can have a total length 3 to 6 times lower than that of the classic conditioning assemblies. Advantageously, the total length of the packaging assembly according to the invention ranges from 1 to 10 cm and, preferably, from 1 to 5 cm. Specifically, when the user removes the applicator 3 from the reservoir 5, there is a wiping of the hairs 11 at the level of the opening 8 of the end 24 of the drainer 9. This wringing, when made parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hairs, does not produce an effect of Shear on the formula of mascara. Such a conditioning set thus allows the use of compositions that are generally sensitive to the shear phenomenon and opens the door to new formulas of the rime !.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rime! it can be contained in a flexible bag or purse 20, represented in figure 2, having an opening 25. The opening 25 has a section equal to the internal section of the neck 17 of the tank, the edge of this opening being located between the internal wall 29 of the neck 17 and the end 22 of the drainer 19. The end 24 of the drainer 19 is located inside the flexible portfolio 20. The dashed lines represent the position of the flexible portfolio 20 when it has begun to withdraw the Applicator The walls 10 of the flexible portfolio ", as a result of a depression, are then sucked and glued along the part provided with hairs 9; it is then loaded with rime !, which extends on the part provided with hairs 9 by the walls 10 of the internal flexible portfolio 20. The conditioning assembly of figure 3 is distinguished from that of figure 1 by its handle 7, which is flexible and comprises a secondary mascara deposit 35, which performs the recharging mission, and a sheath 31.
The handle 7 is presented here in two articulated parts on a hinge 33. Such a flexible handle confers more softness and flexibility to the makeup. The reservoir 5, which contains the part provided with breastplate 9, and the secondary reservoir 35, are arranged symmetrically in relation to the hinge 33. Thanks to the possibility of washing the assembly and more particularly of the part with hair 9, it can be use two different kinds of mascara in both tanks 5 and 35. For example, you can use a blue mask and a black mask. The secondary mascara deposit 35, as well as the first mascara deposit 5; they may contain from 0.5 to 10 cm 3 of product each, preferably from 1 to 5 cm 3. This content may constitute one-half or one-third of the classic content of the known masks. This small size makes it possible to avoid drying the product, which can be used completely before it dries and thus preserves an ideal texture throughout its use. In Figure 4 the secondary reservoir 35 is shown in perspective. It is identical to the first tank 5 and can replace it when it is empty. In order to prevent the flow of the mascara and ensure its good preservation, a tear-off opul- polus 28 is provided. It is also possible to use instead of this cap a plug tightly fitted on the reservoir 35. The conditioning assembly shown in FIG. 5 is distinguished from FIG. 1 by its closing system, which is an arch 13 here. The applicator and the first tank is held together thanks to this arch, one end 14 of which is integral with the first tank. In another embodiment of the invention not shown, the end 14 of the arc 13 can be integral with the cover 15. Figures 6a and 6b represent a variant of the conditioning assembly 1 of figure 1, whose handle 7 comprises a part 16 , articulated on a hinge 18, and suitable to ensure a lateral grip of the applicator. In the open position, as shown in FIG. 6b, this part 16 thus constitutes a lateral gripper of the applicator. Figure 6a represents the applicator when the part 16 has been closed. Figure 7 represents a conditioning assembly of the invention whose handle is hinged along the hinge 37, the handle comprises a notch 38 for holding the handle in a position inclined The packaging assembly according to the invention has the advantages of being rechargeable and of being easily transportable. Thanks to such a conditioning assembly, the waste of product due to the too large content of the tank in the known devices is avoided. Such a rirene conditioning set is very simple to realize, it can be made in any material usually used for the manufacture of accessories cosmetics Since the metallic central core applicator is not understood, the packaging assembly object of the invention can be made only with organic materials, and in particular only with plastic materials, being therefore completely recyclable. It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is that which is clear from the present description of the invention.
Having described the invention as above, property is claimed as contained in the following:
