Abstract

An optionally refillable portable packaging assembly (1), for a liquid to pasty product, particularly mascara, comprises an applicator (3) and a container (5) with at least one bristle cleaning device (19). The applicator (3) includes a handle (7) and at least one cluster (12) of bristles implanted in parallel with the mid-plane of the handle, wherein the bristles (11) have a determined shape and length and are capable of loading said product, particularly mascara, on keratin fibres, particularly eyelashes. The length of the container (5) is substantially equal to that of the applicator bristles.

L'invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement transportable et éventuellement rechargeable pour produit, liquide à pâteux, en particulier pour mascara, comportant un applicateur et un réservoir muni d'au moins un essoreur.
De façon plus précise, l'applicateur comporte un manche supportant au moins une touffe de poils, ces poils étant de forme et de longueur particulières et aptes à charger du mascara sur des fibres kératiniques, et en particulier des cils.

Il a été proposé de nombreux dispositifs d'application et de conditionnement de mascara comportant en général un corps rigide tubulaire ouvert à une extrémité, contenant le produit de maquillage, et un applicateur apte à être logé dans ce corps et muni d'une tige se terminant par une brosse. Un essoreur logé dans le corps assure l'essorage de la brosse et/ou de la tige lorsque l'on retire l'applicateur du corps.

Cependant, un des inconvénients rencontré lors de l'utilisation des dispositifs d'application et de conditionnement connus est que l'applicateur se comporte comme un piston lors de son déplacement dans le corps rigide, entraînant ainsi l'émission d'un bruit désagréable de succion, par retour brutal de l'intérieur du corps à la pression atmosphérique.

Lorsque le produit de maquillage est fluide, l'essoreur comporte une partie resserrée pour effectuer le raclage de la tige de la brosse. On évite ainsi de laisser sur la tige du produit susceptible, lors de l'utilisation de la brosse, de venir couler sur le bouchon de l'applicateur et donc de souiller le filetage de celui-ci, destiné à la fixation du bouchon sur le corps. L'existence de ce phénomène nécessite d'utiliser des compositions insensibles au cisaillement et limite le nombre de compositions de mascara utilisables.

Enfin, ces dispositifs d'application et de conditionnement de mascara présentent l'inconvénient d'être de grande taille et leur contenu finit souvent par sécher avant d'être entièrement utilisé. Il est donc difficile pour une même utilisatrice de disposer de plusieurs produits de mascara, par exemple de couleurs différentes.
En outre, les dispositifs rechargeables connus sont également de grande taille et le produit sèche avant d'être entièrement utilisé, perdant ses propriétés maquillantes.
Il subsiste donc le besoin d'un ensemble de conditionnement de mascara transportable et rechargeable, pour lequel tout le produit pourrait être utilisé
jusqu'au bout sans crainte de séchage, le produit conservant ainsi toutes ses propriétés maquillantes. =

Ainsi, la largeur de l'ensemble de conditionnement, mesurée selon une droite perpendiculaire au plan du manche, est de préférence comprise entre 4 mm et 12 mm.. L'applicateur 3 est muni d'un manche plat 7 et d'une partie poilue 9 extra-plate directement fixée sur ce manche, parallèlement au plan de ce dernier. son extrémité 24, un autre système d'étanchéité pouvant être utilisé seul ou conjointement avec le système d'étanchéité 21 du manche. L'essoreur peut être en matériau rigide ou semi-rigide, choisi de préférence parmi les élastomères ou les matériaux thermoplastiques.
Dans le mode de réalisation de cette figure 1, l'ensemble de conditionnement est fermé et l'ouverture 8 de l'essoreur est située en regard de l'extrémité fixe 26 de la partie poilue. Il est possible de positionner cette ouverture 8 en regard du manche 7. Dans ce cas, l'essoreur doit être conformé selon la forme du manche pour assurer, lors du retrait de l'applicateur, l'essorage du manche et de la partie poilue 9, toujours dans le sens longitudinal des poils 11. De préférence, l'extrémité fixe 26 de la partie poilue est située au voisinage de l'ouverture 8 de l'essoreur.

Cet ensemble de conditionement peut avoir une longueur totale de 3 à 6 fois inférieure à celle des ensembles de conditionnement classiques. De façon avantageuse, la longueur totale de l'ensemble de conditionnement selon l'invention va de 1 à 10 cm, et de préférence, de 1 à 5 cm.

L'ensemble de conditionnement de la figure 3 se distingue de celui de la figure 1 par.son manche 7, qui est flexible et qui comporte un réservoir secondaire 35 à
mascara, jouant le rôle de recharge, et un capot 31. Le manche 7 est ici en deux parties articulées autour d'une charnière 33. Un tel manche flexible confère plus de douceur et de souplesse au maquillage.

Le premier réservoir 5, contenant la partie poilue 9, et le réservoir secondaire 35, sont disposés symétriquement par rapport à la charnière 33. Grâce à la possibilité
de lavage de l'ensemble et plus particulièrement de la partie poilue 9, on peut utiliser deux mascara différents dans les deux réservoirs 5 et 35. Par exemple, on peut utiliser un mascara bleu et un mascara noir.

Le réservoir secondaire 35 à mascara, ainsi que le premier réservoir 5 à
mascara, peuvent contenir de 0,5 à 10 cm3 de produit chacun, de préférence, de 1 à 5 cm3. Cette contenance peut constituer la moitié ou le tiers de la contenance classique des mascara connus. L'applicateur et le premier réservoir sont maintenus ensemble grâce à cet arceau dont l'une des extrémités 14 est solidaire du premier réservoir. Dans une autre forme de réalisation de l'invention non représentée, l'extrémité 14 de l'arceau 13 peut être solidaire du capot 15.

Les.figures 6a et 6b représentent une variante de l'ensemble de conditionnement 1 de. la figure 1 dont le manche 7 comporte une partie 16, articulée autour d'une charnière 18, et apte à assurer une préhension latérale de l'applicateur.
