L'invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement pour produit, liquide à
pâteux, en particulier pour mascara, comportant un applicateur et un réservoir muni d'au moins un essoreur.
De façon plus précise, l'applicateur comporte un manche supportant au moins une touffe de poils, ces poils étant de forme et de longueur particulières et aptes à charger du mascara sur des fibres kératiniques, et en particulier des cils.
Il a été proposé de nombreux dispositifs d'application et de conditionnement de mascara comportant en général un corps rigide tubulaire ouvert à une extrémité, contenant le produit de maquillage, et un applicateur apte à être logé dans ce corps et muni d'une tige se terminant par une brosse. Un essoreur logé dans le corps assure l'essorage de la brosse et/ou de la tige lorsque l'on retire l'applicateur du corps.
Cependant, un des inconvénients rencontré lors de l'utilisation des dispositifs d'application et de conditionnement connus est que l'applicateur se comporte comme un piston lors de son déplacement dans le corps rigide, entraînant ainsi l'émission d'un bruit désagréable de succion, par retour brutal de l'intérieur du corps à la pression atmosphérique.
Lorsque le produit de maquillage est fluide, l'essoreur comporte une partie resserrée pour effectuer le raclage de la tige et de la brosse. On évite ainsi de laisser sur la tige du produit susceptible, lors de l'utilisation de la brosse, de venir couler sur le bouchon de l'applicateur et donc de souiller le filetage de celui-ci, destiné à la fixation du bouchon sur le corps. Il subsiste donc le besoin d'un ensemble de condition-nement pour mascara dont les pertes de produit dues à la projection de mascara lors du retrait de l'applicateur seraient évitées et dans lequel l'essorage ne cisaillerait pas la formule.
La présente invention vise à la satisfaction de ces besoins.

L'essoreur peut également être sous la forme d'une mousse comportant une fente. Ou bien encore, le réservoir peut comporter une poche souple contenant le mascara. Dans ce cas particulier, l'essoreur peut être moulé avec la tête de cette poche souple. Celle-ci assure une meilleure charge des poils en mascara : en effet, le retrait de l'applicateur provoque, à l'intérieur de la poche souple, une dépression qui plaque les parois de cette poche sur les poils de l'applicateur et charge par conséquent ces derniers en mascara.
Cet applicateur présente l'avantage d'être lavable.

Cet ensemble, contrairement à ceux de l'état de la technique, est extra-plat. L'applicateur 3 est muni d'un manche plat 7 et d'une partie poilue 9 extra-plate directement fixée sur ce manche, parallèlement au plan de ce dernier. La partie poilue 9 est constituée de plusieurs touffes 12 de poils alignées, les poils 11 pouvant être de longueurs, de formes, de diamètres, de sections et de natures différents, selon la charge, faible ou importante, que l'on désire apporter sur les fibres kératiniques.
Ainsi, le réglage de la charge se fait au niveau des poils selon la configuration et la nature des poils. Ces poils ont un diamètre allant généralement de 0,02 à 1,5 mm. Au moins une partie de la partie poilue 9 plonge dans le mascara. La partie poilue 9 a une longueur globale efficace pour assurer une charge optimale des fibres kératiniques, et en particulier des cils. Le réservoir 5 peut être un tube en matériau souple. L'utilisatrice peut alors régler l'essorage par simple pression sur le réservoir, au niveau de l'essoreur. Ceci peut être obtenu par une ou plusieurs fentes 27 longitudinales découpées sur l'essoreur, selon l'axe longitudinal des poils.

Pour faciliter l'extraction, une partie du manche peut être flexible. Un tel ensemble de conditionnement permet donc d'utiliser des compositions généralement sensibles au phénomène du cisaillement et ouvre la porte à de nouvelles formulations de mascara.
Sur la figure 2 est représenté en coupe de façon plus détaillée l'essoreur 19 muni de son ouverture 8 de forme oblongue, convenant à l'applicateur conforme à
l'invention. Un tel essoreur peut être utilisé pour obtenir une charge en mascara importante.
L'essoreur peut être muni de reliefs sur son ouverture 8. En particulier, il peut être muni de dentelures 30a, comme représenté sur la figure 3a. Dans une autre forme de réalisation de l'invention représentée sur la figure 3b, l'essoreur peut être floqué. Sa paroi interne est alors munie de petites particules 30b dues au flocage. l'effet de piston observé sur les ensembles de conditionnement connus. Elle empêche ainsi l'encrassement de l'essoreur.
Un tel ensemble de conditionnement de mascara est de réalisation très simple :
il peut être réalisé en tout matériau habituellement utilisé pour la fabrication des accessoires cosmétiques.
