Abstract
Un proceso para preparar continuamente un compuesto que contiene cuando menos dos grupos funcionales que son cada uno independientemente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en grupo nitrilo, grupo de acido carboxilico, grupo de ester carboxilico y grupo carboxamida, que comprende los pasos de: a) anadir dos olefinas terminales que llevan los grupos funcionales requeridos para preparar el compuesto de acuerdo con a1) que contiene cuando menos dos grupos funcionales, en presencia de un compuesto de acuerdo con a3) que es apropiado como un catalizador para esta adicion y es homogeneo con respecto a la mezcla de reaccion para obtener una mezcla que comprende a1) un compuesto que se obtiene mediante monoadicion de las dos olefinas terminales mencionadas y contiene cuando menos dos grupos funcionales que son cada uno independientemente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en grupo nitrilo, grupo de acido carboxilico, grupo de ester carboxilico y grupo carboxamida, a2) un compuesto que se obtiene mediante poliadicion de las dos olefinas terminales mencionadas y a3) el compuesto que es apropiado como un catalizador para esta adicion y es homogeneo con respecto a la mezcla de reaccion, b) destilar la mezcla obtenida en el paso a) para obtener b1) el compuesto que se obtiene mediante monoadicion de las dos olefinas terminales mencionadas y contiene cuando menos dos grupos funcionales que cada uno es seleccionado independientemente del grupo que consiste en grupo nitrilo, grupo de acido carboxilico, grupo de ester carboxilico y grupo carboxamida, como el producto superior y b2a) un compuesto que se obtiene mediante monoadiccion de las olefinas terminales mencionadas y lleva cuando menos dos grupos funcionales que se selecciona cada uno independientemente del grupo que consiste de grupo nitrilo, grupo de acido carboxilico, grupo de ester carboxilico y grupo carboxamida, b2b) un compuesto que se obtiene mediante poliadicion de las dos olefinas terminales mencionadas, y b2c) el compuesto que es apropiado como un catalizador para esta adicion y es homogeneo con respecto a la mezcla de reaccion, c) separar la mezcla completa obtenida en el paso b2) o una porcion de la misma por medio de una membrana semipermeable para obtener un permeado y un retentado, de tal manera que la relacion en el peso del componente b2b) al comprende b2c) en la mezcla b2) alimentado en el paso c) es menor que en el retentado, d) reciclar el permeado obtenido en el paso b2) parcial o totalmente al paso a) y e) reciclar la porcion de la mezcla obtenida en el paso b2) que no se ha separado en c) parcial o totalmente hacia el paso a).
